IMPORTANT - KNOWN ISSUES

This device is from one of our initial batches; please see below for our comments and guidance for addressing current known issues.

1. “Deep Sleep” Mode. Sometimes if the device hasn't been active for a long period of time, it will go into a power-saving "deep sleep" mode. You may be required to wait approximately 5 seconds after picking up the device before giving it a shake to wake it up, indicated by the status light turning on.

2. Error Mode. A certain number of devices are going into error mode due to a known hardware issue. This is currently being resolved. If you observe a blinking red status light, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible to make arrangements to replace your device.

Wake the device by removing it from the charging case.

A green status light indicates that the

OrthoPulse™ is ready; a yellow light indicates the device needs to be charged.

Place the OrthoPulse™ in the mouth covering the upper teeth, centering it between the front teeth.

Bite down gently.

The device will automatically beep twice and the status light will turn blue indicating that the treatment has started.

OrthoPulse™ is a five- minute treatment per arch - 10 minutes total.

Treatment can be paused for up to 20 seconds by removing the device.

A warm, pleasant sensation may be felt during treatment.

Once the treatment is complete, the

OrthoPulse™ will start beeping and the blue status light will start blinking.

Flip the device and repeat steps 2 to 4 to treat the lower teeth.

If you have a compatible iOS device, download the OrthoPulse App from the App Store and login using your email and password received

in the Welcome email.

Place the device on the charging case to sync with the app.

A solid purple status light indicates the

OrthoPulse™ is ready to sync - this will last for 60 seconds. A blinking purple light indicates that syncing is in progress.

Tip: If the purple light goes off, lift up and place back to re-initiate the bluetooth mode.

Keep the OrthoPulse™ in a plugged-in charging case.

You may periodically clean the OrthoPulse™ by rinsing it under warm water or gently cleaning with a sanitizing wipe.
