Purpose of the Guide
The present user guide aims in presenting the way in which a user can conduct phone calls
on a password protected, Cisco-type IP phone.
The user can login to the password protected phone device and have access to his or her
personal phone account for conducting phone calls.
Extension Mobility is the feature through which the password-protection functionality is
enabled. Once the user logins to the phone device, the device adapts to his or her personal
phone account and profile. The calls conducted after the user has logged in will be
accounted on his personal account.
Instructions on how to login, logout and change pin are given below:

Cisco 7911/7912

Cisco 7945

Cisco 6945
In order for the Extension Mobility service to be activated, it is required that a personal
profile be created by the IP Telephony system administrators.
