This appliance is for domestic use only. This appliance is for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
Make sure the voltage in your home corresponds to the one shown on the rating label of the appliance.
Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly or if it has
been damaged or dropped. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

Place fan on a flat even surface.
Do not use an extension lead with this desk fan.
Do no insert fingers or objects through the blade guard.

This fan should not be operated with the base fitted or laying down.

Assembly
1. Place Stand A onto Stand B to form an X-Base.
2. Place lower pipe with pipe support on X-Base with the 4 screws provided.
3. Loosen and remove the pipe connector from lower pipe. Slide plastic base ornament over lower pipe
onto the base. Extend upper (inner) pipe and slide pipe connector over upper pipe into lower pipe
and tighten.
4. Attach the motor with switch housing onto the upper pipe. Ensure the switch housing is pushed fully
onto the upper pipe and secured with the screw provided.
5. Loosen guard mounting nut from the motor housing.
6. Position rear guard firmly to motor housing and then fasten by turning guard mounting nut clockwise
tightly.
7. Push the blade along the motor shaft and fasten it firmly with the spinner by turning anti-clockwise.
8. Hang the front guard to the rear guard with the position fixer provided at the rim of the guard and
then fix together with the screws and clips provided.

Operation
1. Check that the mains voltage complies with the voltage stated on this product.

To control the speed of the fans press the 1, 2 or 3 buttons on the base of the fan.
1 = Low Speed
2 = Medium Speed
3 = High Speed
3. Push the Oscillation control to turn on the Oscillating function. Pull the Oscillation Control up to turn it
off.

The fan must be placed on a flat even surface.
When you turn off the fan, press the 0 button on the base. Switch off at the mains and removed
the plug.
Ensure that the fan will not be obstructed when oscillating.
Cleaning and Care
1. Turn off the fan and remove the power plug from the wall socket before cleaning.
2. Use a dry soft cloth to remove any dust from the fan.
3. If the fan is particularly dirty use a soft damp cloth and wipe dry.
4. Do not use any chemicals or detergents as they will damage the fan.
5. Store the fan in a ventilated and dry area.
