Please perform the following steps to install the SecureHD_Login_Autopoll_V2.30 application
into your Mac machine.
Download the SecureHD Login Autopoll from the following URL link.

1. Uninstall SecureHD Login Autopoll (Older version)
Follow the steps to Uninstall:
a.
Extract the SecureHD_Login_Autopoll_V2.30.tar.gz that creates a folder named
“SecureHD_Login_Autopoll_V2.30”.
b.
Open the “SecureHD_Login_Autopoll_V2.30” folder.
c.
Double click on the Autopoll_UnInstaller file to uninstall the application.
Now all the existing installed SecureHD Login Autopoll supported files will be removed from your
Mac machine.
2. Install SecureHD Login Autopoll V2.30
Follow the steps to install:
a.
Open the “SecureHD_Login_Autopoll_V2.30” folder.
b.
Double click on the Autopoll_V2_30 file to install the application.
After the successful installation of the SecureHD Login Autopoll application, it will prompt for
system restart. Please proceed as directed.
After system restart, you will find the "SecureHD_Login" shortcut on your desktop.
Important: For the Intel based Mac, the Autopoll feature is enabled by default and for the NonIntel (i.e. PPC based) Mac this feature is disabled by default. However this feature can be enabled
or disabled as per the user’s requirements.
After Successful Login, you can see the HDD Part in your Desktop.
Please review the following sections, to enable or disable this Autopoll feature.
Note: Mac OS 10.5/Leopard (Intel Mac Machine): After installation of the SecureHD Login, It
prompts for system restart. After system restart if the SecureHD Login is not launched please
unplug and plug the USB device cable for the changes to take effect.

3. Enable and Disable the Autopoll
Please perform the following steps to Enable/Disable the USB Nomad Drive Autopoll/autostart
feature.
Step 1: Click the ‘Option’ button from the login window as shown below.
Step 2: Check the “Check for USB Nomad Drive autostart” and click on the ‘Change’ button to
enable the Autopoll feature as shown below.
Uncheck the “Check for USB Nomad Drive autostart” and click on the ‘Change’ button to disable
the Autopoll feature.

Step 3: The application prompt for System Restart, click on the “Yes” button for the changes to
take effect.
