User manual for AirWatch enrollment - IOS
Enable your mobile device to access Corporate resources.
Introduction to the AirWatch agent enrollment.
This manual, describe, how you can install the AirWatch agent, and access Corporate resources, on some selected mobile devices.
This service give you access to some company services on your mobile device(s), in a secure manner.
We DO NOT collect any data from your devices.
You can use AirWatch MDM on 3 devices. Example one iPhone, one iPad and one Android TAB.
Supported mobiles devices are: Apple iPhone, Android phones, windows mobile phones, Apple iPad, Android TAB, Windows
Surface and many more.
Some functions can be experienced differently on IOS vs. Android devices, and this is because there are security issues on the different OS on the devices, that enabled/disables some functionality.
Example:
IOS = You can use native mail client that comes with the IPhone.
Android = You must use the mail client deployed with AirWatch.
The reason for this is the difference in the security features in the different OS versions.
AirWatch Agent installation
On any IOS device, point the device browser to this address: https://awagent.com
Enroll Airwatch Agent on IOS device!

Download AirWatch Agent
(awagent.com)
2.
Select to download
AirWatch agent.
3.
Select “OPEN”
Details:
This is the agent that allow the Airwatch solution, to connect to your device. It is required, for your device, to access this MDM solution.
Details:
Just select the icon to download this App, and wait for this to get finished.

Just select the “OPEN” option, so the installation can continue.

Select “Email Address”.

Type “Email address”, and press “Next”.

Fill in your IDM username +
IDM password.

After download is complete, and installation of AirWatch agent is completed, You should see this picture.
Please select the “Email
Address” icon.

Please fill in “Email address”, and select “Next”.
Details:
Username = your IDM username + maildomain.
Password = your IDM password.
Select “Next” when this is filled out.
NB! This is Your username in this, and featured cloud solutions.
It is NOT an official Email address.

Select “Redirect and enable”

MDM system can get connected to your device.

Enter Your PIN code on your device

Select “Install”, so correct profile is enrolled

Select “Install”, to confirm the installation of the profile.

Please type in the PIN code you are using to access your mobile device daily.

Just select “Install”, to install correct profile on your device.
If “Cancel” is selected, the
AirWatch agent installation, is broken/not installed.
Details:
This informs you, that the MDM solution, can manage your device.
NB! We DO NOT collect any personal data from any devices, defined in the
Norwegian law.

Select “Trust” to install the profile.

Just press “Done”, to continue.

Select “Done”, to confirm correct enrolment.
