Choose 2 for software upgrade Expanded global roaming coverage area: press and hold 1 or call +1-519-239-6245 Local airtime and long distance charges may apply for voice mail deposits and retrievals. Voice mail notification services may not be available in all service areas while roaming internationally. You must be within one of the following coverage areas to update your phone or device: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia. call forwarding using a TELUS Mobility World Phone Calls can only be forwarded to Canadian phone numbers. Charges will apply. If you have already activated your World Phone, simply pack your phone and enjoy your trip. caller ID using a TELUS Mobility Global Roaming Card4 Your phone may not display the incoming number while travelling outside of Canada and the U.S., even if you subscribe to caller ID. Global Roaming Card PIN Your Global Roaming Card PIN is an optional security feature that allows you to limit access to your address book, information and calling functionality when roaming in expanded global roaming coverage areas.
