Frequently asked questions

It depends on the model. Single cross brace models have a maximum weight capacity of 125kg. Double cross brace models have a maximum weight capacity of 135kg. Triple cross brace (Bariatric) models have maximum weight capacities of 170kg or 190kg. Refer to the technical data sheets on pages 20, 21, and 22 for more information.

The standard Dash Life backrest angle is fixed. However, there are four optional backrest angles available: 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, and 20°. You can purchase these options separately.

To remove the quick-release wheels, press the button in the center of the wheel and slide the axle and wheel out of the axle bush fully. To replace the wheels, reverse this procedure, fully insert the axle, and release the center button. Ensure the button is fully released and the wheel is secure by gently pulling it away from the wheelchair.
