Frequently asked questions

Press and hold the Prog button for two seconds to enter the timer settings. The settings for the 1st ON/OFF period (M1) for Monday will be shown with the 1st ON time & hour setting flashing. Adjust the hour setting using the + and - buttons, then press the Time Setting button to select the minute setting. Repeat the process for the OFF time and then for the 2nd ON/OFF period (M2). Continue this process for each day of the week.

This is normal during the first few uses as the heating elements burn off residual deposits from manufacturing. If the smell persists, check for obstructions to the airflow and remove them.

Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. Use a dry duster or vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment. Do not use any abrasives, water, steam cleaners or aerosols on or near the appliance.

The open window detection function is designed to prevent the heater from running when there is an open window or door. If the temperature drops 5°C within 10 minutes, the heater will turn off. To restart the heater, ensure the reason for the sudden temperature drop is resolved and then turn the heater back on.
