Product Overview
The ZoneSense DH4 Control Panel is a simple and low cost 4 zone panel. It is an ideal fire panel for any small residential applications (not requiring brigade monitoring) or can also be used as a door holder control panel. Each of the 4 zones can be
connected up to 40 x high quality commercial grade conventional fire detectors to deliver a high quality detection & alarm
system. It is possible to use the ZoneSense panel in ‘Mains only’ option mode which eliminates the need to connect back up
batteries. Both ABS and Metal versions are available.

The Ampac ZoneSense PLUS Fire Alarm Control Panel is a versatile four or eight zone conventional panel. The user friendly
navigation system provides simple operation during an emergency while also enabling complex cause and effect programming to be undertaken.
A range of modular panel add-on kits allows the panel to be professionally tailored to the requirements of each installation.
This means small conventional panels can now be used in a wider range of applications.
ZoneSense PLUS offers you complete control. The panel can be easily upgraded and programmed on site. ZoneSense PLUS is
approved to AS4428 and is available in ABS (BX1) or metal cabinets (BX20) with either four (4) or eight (8) zone conventional
detection circuits

The ZoneSense PLUS AR (Agent Release) Panel is a dedicated panel for agent release systems. Housed in a metal cabinet,
the ZoneSense PLUS AR is available in either four (4) or eight (8) zones. Based on a ZoneSense PLUS Fire Alarm Control Panel
(FACP), the AR version is fitted with an Agent Release Panel Add-on (control card and termination board) and a dual action yellow manual call point as standard. The Agent Release panel add-on option is factory set.

FireFinder Plus is an Intelligent Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel that is available in 1 to 8 loop panel options.
The FireFinder Plus is suitable for medium to large sized fire detection systems and is compatible with Apollo XP95, Discovery
and Series 90 detectors. Powerful and flexible programming is achieved via AMPAC’s configuration tool ConfigManager Plus
which includes many dedicated pre-engineered programming functions. Simple system programming is easily achieved via
the front panel. FireFinder Plus is configurable as a peer to peer network up to 100 panels/nodes with a maximum of 150
Loops.

Product Overview
FireFinder is a state of the art multi microprocessor controlled Intelligent Fire Alarm Control Panel. Modular in design, the
FireFinder provides flexibility and versatility that can be configured to operate with both intelligent analogue addressable and
conventional devices in the one system.
Available in single loop or multiple loop configurations, the FireFinder supports the leading Apollo XP95 and Discovery detector protocols. The Ampac ConfigManager software tools provide a powerful combination with the FireFinder to configure the
system operational and functional characteristics of an installation. Enhanced networking capabilities offer the user extended
applications with FireFinder incorporating a Master/ Slave Fire control panel arrangement, true Peer to Peer systems, data
gathering panels and SmartGraphics a PC based application for the supervision, monitoring and control of
larger fire management systems.

Product Overview
The Ampac Single Zone Occupant Warning System is available with a 25 Watt and 50 Watt audio output with an optional front
panel control. The alert and evacuation signals are compliant to AS1670.1 including voice messages as standard. The speaker
circuit is protected and monitored for shorts and interruptions. Up to three spur lines (branches) are supported. A monitored
strobe output is provided as standard which i supports both xenon and led strobes.
Each audio source (alert / evacuation signals, emergency paging and secondary analogue audio input) has a dedicated
volume control. Three programmable relays are provides, which default to fault, volume control override and test mode.The
optional front panel control has an integrated emergency microphone (and can optionally support a hand held microphone)
The Single Zone Occupant Warning System is suitable for use in Ampac’s FireFinder, LoopSense and ZoneSense Plus Fire Alarm

Product Overview
The Ampac EV3000 Occupant Warning and Intercom System is designed for the purpose of enabling the orderly evacuation of
occupants, from a building or structure, in the event of an emergency.
The system comprises of two (2) sub-systems. The first being the Occupant Warning System (OWS) and the other the
Occupant Intercom System (OIS). While the Warning and Intercom System have separate controls, they coexist in a Apanel that
is logically presented and aesthetically pleasing.
The Occupant Warning System makes use of speakers strategically placed around the site, to broadcast ALERT, and/or
EVACUATION signals or public address announcements. The OWS may be automatically initiated or manually operated. When
not used in an emergency situation, the EV3000 can broadcast background music and/or general paging announcements.
The Occupant Intercom System (OIS) consists of front panel control at the Emergency Control Panel (ECP) and Warden
Intercom Phones (WIP) that are strategically placed throughout the building. Communication is only possible between the
WIP and ECP.

Orbis TimeSaver Relay Base
To support the Orbis detectors a range of bases are available. Each base has two slots
for fixing screws at a spacing of 51mm to 69mm. The detectors fit into the base one
way only and require minimal force in a clockwise rotation. The TimeSaver Relay base
incorporates a single pole voltage-free changeover contact for switching external
equipment. The relay is energised when the detector changes to alarm state and
deactivates when the detector is reset. The relay is capable of switching up to 30V at
1A. The Orbis Adaptor base enables the detector to be fitted to a Series 60/65 base.

The FIRERAY 5000 motorised reflective, auto aligning infrared optical beam smoke detector can be installed with up to two
detector heads per system, thus saving on installation time and costs. In addition, each system controller houses two pairs of
fire and fault relays, one per detector. This innovative system has been designed from the ground up to include pioneering
technology that fully addresses the needs of the installer and user, both now and in the future.
Product Overview
The Ampac Duct Sampling Unit is designed to monitor levels of smoke in air ducts operating in air speeds of 0.5 to 20 meters per second. The duct smoke detector can be fitted to any wall of a ventilation duct and has two tubes that extend into
the duct through punched holes. The perforated sampling tube is placed in the airflow upstream of the exhaust tube which
causes a pressure differential in the duct detector. Air is sucked up the sampling tube, across the detector and exhausted back
into the air duct.
Using the 360mm sampling pipe supplied, an air duct of up to 560mm can be monitored. For duct widths greater than
560mm, three other lengths of sampling pipe are available.

Product Overview
The Ampac Duct Sampling Unit is designed to monitor levels of smoke in air ducts operating in air speeds of 0.5 to 20 meters per second. The duct smoke detector can be fitted to any wall of a ventilation duct and has two tubes that extend into
the duct through punched holes. The perforated sampling tube is placed in the airflow upstream of the exhaust tube which
causes a pressure differential in the duct detector. Air is sucked up the sampling tube, across the detector and exhausted back
into the air duct.
Using the 360mm sampling pipe supplied, an air duct of up to 560mm can be monitored. For duct widths greater than
560mm, three other lengths of sampling pipe are available.

Product Overview
There are a variety of XP95 interfaces available to suit a number of individual applications. Standard interfaces are fitted with
bi-directional short circuit isolators so that they are unaffected by a single short circuit on either loop input or output. The exception to this is the Main Input/Output Unit which is not isolated. DIN-Rail interfaces feature enclosures that clip to standard
35mm DIN rails or are screwed to the base of a larger enclosure. They enable fire system designers to create multi-purpose
interfaces for individual sites.

The Vantage Dual LED Beacons are designed for use with the EV3000 Emergency
Warning and Intercommunication Systems. Incorporating the latest in LED
technology, the Vantage beacon offers maximum all-round visibility in an aesthetically

Product Overview
The Intrinsically Safe range of products includes the compact I.S. Sounder, I.S. Beacon and I.S. Sounder / Beacon. The range is
suitable for all intrinsically safe signalling applications including fire, security and process control. Approvals include ATEX and
IECEx and GOST-R for Zone 0 applications and FM approval for Class I Division 1 and Class I Zone 0 applications. The I.S. Beacon
optimises the effectiveness of its six high output LEDs via a prismatic lens design.
The I.S. combined Sounder and Beacon requires only one Zener barrier or galvanic isolator to run both sounder and beacon
or alternatively the unit can be operated as individual signals. Power to the I.S. range should be via a certified zener barrier or
galvanic isolator whose output parameter is no greater than, Uo=28v dc, Io=93mA,and Po=660mw. The beacon is internally
input overload and reverse polarity protected and is end of line monitoring resistor certified.

The flameproof range of products is ideal for hazardous areas, specifically Zone 1 and 2 applications. The use of flameproof
technology ensures that engineers installing into hazardous areas need not fit an intrinsically safe barrier and the associated wiring requirements. Sound level outputs are up to 117dB(A) at 1 metre with a choice of 32 alarm tones and 3 remotely
selectable stages.
Housings are manufactured from corrosion proof, marine grade copper free LM6 aluminium which is phosphated and powder
coated. All models have two M20 cable entries, large termination areas and an ingress protection of IP66/67. Two entry points
for cabling are present for IN and OUT wiring, thus eliminating the requirement for additional flameproof junction boxes.

stream and is ideal for testing High Sensitivity Smoke Detectors promoted by Ampac.
The Smoke Pen incorporates a purpose designed dispenser which safely retains the
smoke stick for easy use during serving and commissioning of aspirating systems.

The Willco Detector Bracket has been designed to allow installation of fire detectors
within a concealed ceiling space at variable heights. The bracket assembly enables
easy inspection and maintenance of the fire detector from below ceiling level.
Installation is quick and easy using the existing designated false ceiling hanger along
with readily available 20mm electrical conduit (not supplied).
