We strongly recommend to comply with the specification. 1. General information TE type motors equipped with a radio receiver are wireless and can be controlled with a remote. They are designed for automation of blinds. They have electronic limit switches which are programmed by the remote control. TE type motores are compatible with all YOODA transmitters. Radio receiver memory: up to 20 transmitters Power supply: 230 V / 50 Hz Operating temperature: from -5°C to 50°C Protection degree: IP 40 Load: 25TE 0,7 Nm up to 4 kg 25TE 1,5 Nm up to 8 kg 25 TE motor with radio receiver 230 V AC programming button power supply cable antenna radio receiver, limit switches system motor gear Programming button functions: 1. Pressing the programming button briefly for approximately 1 second controls the drive step by step. 2. Press the programming button for 2 seconds to enter the transmitter programming mode. 3. Pressing the programming button for 6 seconds block radio signal . To turn off this function, briefly press the program ming button on the motor head. 4. Pressing the programming button for 10 seconds changes work motor direction. 5. Pressing the programming button for 14 seconds deletes the motor memory and restores the factory settings. 1 2. Safety measures Before installing or using motor please read the following instruction. The installer must comply with the standards and regulations in force in the country where the appliance will be installed and provide information to users about the conditions and maintenance of the device. Failure to follow these instructions can present risk to life and health, or invalid functioning of the roller shutter. This also results in the loss of warranty rights. Motors torque parameter should be adequate to the weight of the roller shutter curtain. Motor and its control system should be kept out of children reach. Do not hit the motor. Reduce the vibration of the motor to a minimum. Motor cables should be installed in such a way that water can not get inside to the motor and that they have not been damaged by working roller shutter. Turn off the power supply before any installation or maintenance activity. No tools should be used when placing motor in the tube. Electrical system control should be performed regularly to detect any signs of use or damage of the motor. During the adapter montage special attention must be paid not to damage the motor. All contact of the motor with any liquids should be reduced to minimum. 3. Placing motor in the tube Motor should be mounted in places protected from unfavourable weather conditions. Do not pull the motor head when removing it from the tube. 1. Cut the tube to the proper length. 2. Deburr the edges and remove the metal residue. 3. Place the adaptation on the motor. 4. Measure the distance (L) between the inner edge of motors head and the end of the motors adaptor. 5. Insert the motor into the tube up to the point of connection between the edge of the tube and the inner edge of the motors head. Attach the tube to the coupling part of the adaptation. 2 4. Connection Electrical appilance class II. 230 V / 50 Hz 230 V AC L N phase wire neutral wire brown wire - phase blue wire - neutral Installation of the tubular motor should be performed by specialists with 1kV or higher SEP-certified electrician's licence (SEP - Association of Polish Electrical Engineers) or equal license. Device is designed to operate in places shielded from unfavourable weather conditions. Motor should be installed in accordance with all provisions of regional law and professional standards. All cables connecting power receiver with electric source should be protected from overload and short-circuits effects with devices automatically disconnecting power. Device should be powered with a separate source and protected only with a fast-blow fuse (never slow-blow fuse). Creating electrical system using inadequate fuse may result in loosing rights under the provisions of warranty. When connecting device to power source with cables with adequate cross-section should be used. Long-lasting output load capacity table should be the ground for choosingadequate cables. 5. Range Radio receiver range is a variable value and can differ from declared values depending on conditions in which device operates. Possible sources of changes in range are building construction, interference caused by other radio transmitters etc. Blind with remotely controlled motor 20 L1 L2 230 V / 50 Hz 3 L1 outdoor 200 m L2 indoor 35 m Operating frequency 433,92 MHz 6.
