Endura ESYNC1 lets you lock and unlock your door with your smartphone, either via Bluetooth or remotely via the internet when paired with a Gateway. Share electronic keys with friends, family, or guests, and keep track of who comes and goes with the activity log. Lock and unlock your door with a simple touch using the Touch-to-Lock feature. Ideal for vacation homes, rentals, or giving access to service people.

ENTRYSYNC Lock Overview Initial lock setup Phone Application Operating Your EntrySync Lock Regulatory Compliance 1 Initial lock set up: Battery Instillation Locate battery door. Remove screw, battery door and empty battery pack. Carefully install fresh AA batteries in the correct orientation. (Note: for best experience use quality alkaline batteries.) 2 Download Application Android Products Plug in the battery pack, insert battery pack into lock. Route pull tab from battery pack out the front of opening to ease future battery replacement. Apple Products Download mobile application using these QR codes, or search for EntrySync in your app store. 3 Open the Application and create an account. Ensure application has permission to all requested phone functions to allow full lock functionality. After creating an account follow the series of screens below to set up your new lock. Note apple and android steps may be different. If incorrect handing is selected during initial setup you can change this in settings at anytime. Refer to page 7 or 8. 4 Replace battery door and screw. Ensure the pull tab for battery pack is installed such that it does not interfere with the screw installation. Test lock function using application. Your EntrySync unit is now ready for use. 5 Apple Application Screen This will navigate you to select from your multiple EntrySync locks. Share Ekeys here. The lock name designated in the set up of this lock displayed here. This can be useful in homes with more than one EntrySync unit. Type of Ekey being used. Lock status at last communication displayed here. You can tap in this area to toggle between intuitive lock & unlock icons. In this case the door would be locked. Note: if lock is not paired with a Gateway this will only update when inside Bluetooth range. Use this to return to this screen. Lock Battery Indicator Selecting this tab allows you to view the past uses of the lock. Note: if lock is not paired with a Gateway this will only update when inside Bluetooth range. Selecting this tab allows you to manage other users access to the lock. Note: You must be an administrative user or the locks owner to make changes in this area. Select from the 3 options for sharing Ekeys. Select the type of access you would like to grant. Send the Ekey and follow the links to complete the process. You have now shared access to this lock. 8 Operating Your EntrySync Lock Application Touch to Lock Feature Device with EntrySync app within Bluetooth range. Application running on device. (Note: this can be running in the background) Tap in this area while in Bluetooth range and the lock will change state. Please allow the lock time to complete its cycle before requesting another function. Approach the door with the device from the exterior side and touch the door about 10 inches above the dead bolt. You will hear a tone from lock acknowledging your touch. Troubleshooting: Ensure the handing is correct on application. Ensure the lock is synced with the application. Ensure you have allowed all requested permissions in the application for full functionality. Ekeys can be shared by owners and admins to give access on both a permanent and temporary basis. An additional product that pairs with the EntrySync lock to give access to any authorized user with internet access. The Gateway will connect your lock to your home internet connection and enables a user to activate the locks functionality outside of Bluetooth range. This feature allows authorized users to lock and unlock your EntrySync equipped door with a simple touch. When approaching your door touch the door panel about 10 inches above the dead bolt.
