 Never use the vacuum cleaner if the cable, plug or casing are damaged.
 To avoid unforeseen circumstances, only use power cables supplied by the
manufacturer only/or replace damaged power cables provided by manufacturer
only.

Repairs should be carried out by a service agent or a suitably qualifies person only in
accordance with relevant safety regulations. Under no circumstances, should you
attempt repairing of the appliance yourself. Interference that are not carried out by
a specialist workshop could lead to physical injuries.
Before switching the vacuum cleaner on, ensure that the main voltage corresponds
to the voltage indicated in the technical data for the appliance.
Never touch the power supply or the appliance with wet or damp hands.
Do not use the adapter with an extension cable; connect the power adapter directly
to a power socket.
To avoid the risk of injury:
 Do not change any accessories while the appliance is switched on.
 Do not use the vacuum cleaner for sharp objects or glass shards.
 Never use the vacuum on burning matches, glowing ashes or cigarette butts.
 Do not use the vacuum cleaner on chemical products, stone dust, gypsum, cement
or similar particles.
 Do not use the vacuum for liquid, water or similar particles.
 This appliance is not suitable for use with inflammable and explosive substances or
chemical and aggressive liquids.
 Always store the appliance indoors. To prevent accidents, keep the appliance in a dry
location when not in use.
 Under extreme conditions, leaks in the battery cells may occur. In the event that
battery fluid comes into contact with skin or eyes, the affected area must be rinsed
off with water immediately. Immediately contact a physician.
 This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they are under adult supervision or given instruction concerning the
usage of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintaining of the
vacuum cleaner shall not be made by children without supervision.
Tips for safety:
 Use replacement parts or accessories provided or recommended by the
manufacturer only.
 The adapter must not be used for other purposes. Never carry the wall holder or the
adapter by the cable. Do not pull the cable when attempt to move the appliance.
 Always grip the power plug to disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
 Always be sure to keep the vacuum away from heating elements, ovens or other
heated appliances and surfaces.
 Always ensure that the ventilation slits are open. A blocked ventilation circuit can
result in overheating and damage to the appliance.
 This product contains rechargeable batteries. Do not throw the batteries into a fire
and do not exposed them to high temperatures, as battery will explode and cause
fatal damage.

Take special care when using the vacuum cleaner on stairs.
Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the dust filter inserted.
Do not use the adapter for different product and do not attempt to charge this
appliance with a different charging adapter. Use only the charging adapter supplied
with this appliance.
Never try to recharge non‐rechargeable batteries.
Operation Instructions
Assemble the unit
Note: Ensure that the vacuum cleaner is not connected to the charger before assembling the extended
tube.
1. Remove the vacuum cleaner, extended tube and floor brush from the box.
2. Insert the extended tube into the suction inlet of handheld vacuum cleaner and you will hear the
“click” sound when the extended tube is assembled correctly. Please make sure that the
extended tube is inserted correctly before use the vacuum cleaner.
3. Connect the floor brush with the extended tube. Please connect the extended tube with the
floor brush and push the vacuum cleaner toward the floor brush firmly.
Charging your vacuum cleaner
Note: The vacuum cleaner and power floor brush will not work when being charged.
1. Place the unit or vacuum cleaner near an electrical power outlet and plug in the charger.
2. Connect the charger to the charging socket. The battery status indicator lamp will dynamically
shine to indicate that the vacuum cleaner is properly connected to the charger and that the unit
is being charged. When it is fully charged, all of the 3 lamps will turn off 4.5 hours after it’s fully
charged.
Detach the vacuum cleaner from the unit
Note: Ensure that the unit is not connected to the charger before detaching the vacuum cleaner.
1. To remove the vacuum cleaner from the extended tube, push the extended tube release button
to pull out the extended tube from the vacuum cleaner. Grasp the handle of vacuum cleaner and
pull the extended tube outwards.
2. You can use the handheld vacuum cleaner directly. If you need to reassemble the unit, please
refer the instructions in “assemble the unit”.
Using the vacuum cleaner
Note: Please remove the charger before using the vacuum cleaner. If the vacuum cleaner is in charging or
low battery status, the vacuum cleaner and floor brush will not work properly.
1. The vacuum cleaner can be independently, with crevice nozzle or other connection converter
enabled brushes.
2. Press the power switch to alternate between settings (I) (normal power), (II) (max power) and
off.
Using the vacuum cleaner
Note: Please remove the charger before using the vacuum cleaner. If the vacuum cleaner is in charging or

low battery status, the vacuum cleaner and floor brush will not work properly.
1. To use the vacuum cleaner, ensure that the vacuum cleaner is attached with the extended and
floor brush firmly with the “click” sound.
2. Press the power switch on the main handle or press the power switch on vacuum cleaner to
alternate between settings (I) (normal power), (II)(max power) and off.
3. Please check if your model comes with power brush and aluminum tube. You may use the
vacuum cleaner as follows, whichever is convenient for you.
Removing the dust container & HEPA filter
Note: To ensure the optimum performance of the vacuum cleaner, empty the dust container and clean
the HEPA filter frequently.
1. Remove the vacuum cleaner from the accessories. Press down on the release button to remove
the accessories.
2. Push down on the dust release button. Empty the dust from the dust container.
3. Press down on the release button of dust container to remove the dust container from the
vacuum cleaner.
4. Rotate the dust container upper cover towards the “unlock” marking and take out of the upper
lid. Then take out of the HEPA filter.
5. Take out the upper dust HEPA filter and the plastic cyclone filter. Then wash them and let it to
dry. After drying completely, put back the HEPA filter in the machine. Do not use a washing
machine to clean the HEPA filter assembly. Do not use a hair dryer to dry it. Air dry only.
6. Replace the HEPA filter assembly back into the dust container and push the HEPA filter assembly
to fix firmly in the dust container. NEVER operate vacuum cleaner without HEPA filter assembly
in place.
7. Attach the HEPA container assembly to the vacuum cleaner.
CAUTION: The suction inlet must be open and free of any obstructions at all times. Otherwise, the motor
may be overheated and could be damaged.
Note: it is recommended that the filter should be cleaned or replaced frequently, and the cyclone system
should be cleaned every three (3) to six (6) months depending on the usage to ensure optimum
performance of the vacuum cleaner. The power brush rolling bar should be checked from time to time to
avoid blockage. In the case of wrong operation, such as the power brush rolling bar is blocked by hair or
etc, or the main vacuum motor inlet is jammed, or the battery is overheated, etc, the system may be cut
off to protect the motor of the product, use the charger to reactivate it. In the problem persists, send it

WARRANTY COVERAGE AND WARRANTY COVERAGE TIME PERIODS
The SCOTT MILLER (M) SDN. BHD. (“SCOTT MILLER”) warranty covers the repair and replacements on
certain parts of this vacuum cleaner and the cost of workmanship of the parts for a period of twelve (12)
months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers substantial defects in materials and
workmanship of the Vacuum Cleaner, provided that the Vacuum Cleaner is operated and maintained
properly and in conformity with the user’s manual. The warranty period becomes effective from the date
of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the first purchaser of the products. It is not
transferable.
WHAT SCOTT MILLER WILL DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS This warranty only covers the repair and/or
replacement of the Vacuum Cleaner’s motor. In the event that a substantial defect in material and/or
workmanship, attributable to SCOTT MILLER, is found to exist during the warranty coverage period
specifically in the Vacuum Cleaner’s motor only, will be to repair or replaced at SCOTT MILLER’s discretion,
without imposing any charges for the parts and/or workmanship to repair the Vacuum Cleaner’ motor, in
accordance with the terms, condition and limitations of this limited warranty. The cost of labour to repair
or replace at any time after the warranty coverage detailed above is the sole responsibility of the owner
and is to be borne by the owner. SCOTT MILLER’s obligation to repair or replace defective materials or
workmanship is the sole obligation of SCOTT MILLER under this limited warranty provided that and terms
and conditions of this limited warranty is fulfilled. SCOTT MILLER reserves the right to use new or
remanufactured parts of similar standard to complete any work, and to make parts and design changes
from time to time without providing prior notice to anyone. SCOTT MILLER reserves the right to make
changes in the design and/or material of its products without incurring any obligation to incorporate such
changes in any previously manufactured product. SCOTT MILLER makes no warranty as to the future
performance of this product. In addition, the owner’s obligation to notify SCOTT MILLER, or one of its
authorised independent dealers, of a claimed defect does not modify any obligation placed on the owner
to contact SCOTT MILLER directly when attempting to pursue remedies under state or federal law.
LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES Any implied warranty that is
found to arise by way of state or federal law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or any
implied warranty of fitness, is limited in duration to the terms of this limited warranty and is limited in
scope of coverage to the scope of coverage of this limited warranty. SCOTT MILLER disclaims any express
or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of fitness or merchantability, on items excluded from
the coverage under this warranty as set forth. SCOTT MILLER makes no warranty of any nature beyond
that contained in this limited warranty. No one has the authority to enlarge, amend or modify this limited
warranty, and SCOTT MILLER does not authorise anyone to create any other obligation for it regarding
this product. SCOTT MILLER is not responsible for any representation, promise or warranty made by any
independent dealer or other person beyond what is expressly stated in this limited warranty. Any selling
or servicing dealer is not an authorised SCOTT MILLER’s agent, but an independent entity.
SCOTT MILLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY

RESULT FROM BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. THIS EXCLUSION OF
CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SHALL BE INDEPENDENT OF ANY FAILURE OF THE
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY WARRANTY, AND THIS EXCLUSION SHALL SURVIVE ANY DETERMINATION
THAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY HAS FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
This warranty does not cover, and in no event shall result in SCOTT MILLER being liable for towing charges,
travel, lodging, or any other expense incurred due to the loss of use of the product or by any other
reasons that may be raised.
HOW TO GET SERVICE To obtain warranty service, the owner shall: 1. Notify an authorised service centre
with regards to the claimed defect attributable to SCOTT MILLER, within the warranty coverage period
designated above; 2. Provide the notification mentioned in (1), above, within ten (10) days when the
owner discovered, or should have discovered, the claimed defect; 3. Promptly schedule an appointment
with and take the product to an authorised service centre for service; 4. Pay any transportation costs and
all expenses associated with obtaining the warranty service. Since SCOTT MILLER does not control the
scheduling of service work at the independent dealerships you may contact SCOTT MILLER, by email at
[email protected]. If two (2) or more service attempts have been made to correct
any covered defect that you believe impairs the value, use or safety of the product, or if it has taken
longer than thirty (30) days for repairs to be completed, you must, to the extent permitted by law, notify
SCOTT MILLER directly, in writing, to the above email address, on the unsuccessful repair(s) of the alleged
defect(s) so that SCOTT MILLER can then directly involved in providing service pursuant to the terms of
this limited warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following: defects in materials,
components or parts of the product not attributable to SCOTT MILLER, any material, component or part
of the product that is warranted by another entity (Note: the written warranty provided by the
manufacturer of the material, component or part is the direct responsibility of the manufacturer); items
that are added or changed after the product leaves SCOTT MILLER’s possession; additional items installed
at any dealership, or other place of business, or by any other party, other than SCOTT MILLER; normal
wear, tear, usage, maintenance, service, periodic adjustments, the effects of condensation or moisture
from condensation; mould or any damage caused by mould; imperfections that do not affect the product
for its intended purpose; items that are working as designed but that you are unhappy with; problems
related to mis‐operation, misuse, mishandling, neglect or abuse, including failure to maintain the product
in accordance with the owner’s manual, or other routine maintenance such as inspections, lubricating,
adjustments, tightening of screws, sealing, wheel alignments or rotating tires; damage due to accident or
collision, including any acts of weather or damage or corrosion due to the environment; theft, vandalism,
fire, act of God or other intervening acts not attributable to SCOTT MILLER; damage resulting from
defacing, scratches, dents, or chips on any interior or exterior surface of the products, including
overloading or alteration of the product, or any of its components or parts. Defects and/or damage to
interior and exterior surfaces and other appearance items may occur at the factory or when the product
is in transit. These items are usually detected and corrected at the factory or by SCOTT MILLER or a dealer
prior to delivery to the purchaser. You must inspect the product for this type of damage when you
received upon delivery. If you found any defect or damage, you must notify the dealer, or SCOTT MILLER
at the time of delivery to have these defects covered by this limited warranty and to have work
performed on these particular defects at no cost to you as provided by this limited warranty.

EVENTS DISCHARGING SCOTT MILLER FROM OBLIGATION UNDER WARRANTY The following shall
completely discharge SCOTT MILLER from any express or implied warranty obligation to repair or replace
anything and void this warranty: misuse, neglect, collision, accidents, failure to provide routine
maintenance (See User’s Manual), unauthorised alteration, acts of nature, damage from weather or the
environment, theft, vandalism, tampering, fire, explosions and overloading the product.
LEGAL REMEDIES Any action to enforce any portion of this limited warranty, or any implied warranty,
must be commenced within six (6) months after expiration of the warranty coverage period designated
above or the action will be barred because of the passage of time. Any performance of repairs shall not
suspend this limitation period from expiring. Any performance of repairs after the warranty coverage
period has expired, or performance of repairs regarding anything excluded from the coverage under this
limited warranty shall be considered “good will” repairs, and they will not alter the terms of this limited
warranty, or extend the warranty coverage period or the filing limitation period in this paragraph. In
addition, since it is reasonable to expect that the product will need some service during the warranty
period; this warranty does not extend to future performance. It only sets forth what SCOTT MILLER will
do and does not guarantee anything about the product for any time period. Nothing in this warranty, or
any action of SCOTT MILLER, or any agent of SCOTT MILLER, shall be interpreted as an extension of any
warranty period or the filing limitation period in this paragraph.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION AND MISCELLANEOUS Your warranty registration records should be
completed through our website at https://scottmillerappliances.com/warranty‐registration or delivered
to the appropriate companies. The registration of warranty must be completed within twelve (12)
months from the days of purchase. The warranty period will be extended from twelve (12) months to
twenty four (24) months from the date of purchase if the registration of warranty is made within
fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The SCOTT MILLER warranty will not be registered unless
this warranty registration is completed and received by SCOTT MILLER. SCOTT MILLER agrees to repair or
replace any of its factory installed parts found to have substantial defects within the warranty period
designated above provided that the repair is authorised by SCOTT MILLER and carried out by an
authorised service centre (a SCOTT MILLER labour schedule determines the cost allowance of repairs).
SCOTT MILLER will not honour any warranty claim for repairs or replacement of parts unless the claim is
submitted with the appropriate documentations, and the work is completed by an independent, factory
authorised service centre. The appropriate documentations can be submitted in the form of writing to
SCOTT MILLER. Appropriate documentations for any previous warranty claimed and/or repairs or
replacement provided by SCOTT MILLER shall be provided for the subsequent warranty claim within the
warranty period. SCOTT MILLER will not honour any warranty claim for repairs or replacement of parts if
the repair or replacement had been carried out by any entity other than SCOTT MILLER’s authorised
service centre, the warranty herein shall be void and all the repair or replacement cost shall be borne by
the purchaser. SCOTT MILLER reserves the right to designate where any warranty work can be performed.
SCOTT MILLER also reserves the right to examine any defective workmanship or part prior to giving any
authorisation for warranty work. SCOTT MILLER’s return authorisation procedure must be adhered to in
order to process any warranty claims.
