Use the tiller adjustment lever to pull and position the tiller at a comfortable angle. Release the lever to lock the tiller in place.

Push the freewheel lever in the direction of “disengage” on the label.

Remove the seat, then remove the bolt, nut & washer that hold the seat post. Position the seat post at the desired height, reinstall and tighten the nut, bolt, and washer.
