In case of cuttings or machinings of product generating dust :
- Remove victim to fresh air in case of respiratory difficulties,
- Seek for medical advice if symptoms remain.
- Contact with skin :
No specific measure, nevertheless,
In case of cut wound (due to facings or cutting tools) :
- Wash and desinfect the wound,
- If necessary, apply a compression dressing and seek for medical advice.
- Contact with eyes :
In case of cuttings or machinings of product generating dust :
- Wash with large amount of water in case of discomfort.
- Seek for medical advice if symptoms remain.
- Ingestion :
In case of cuttings or machinings of product generating dust :
- Do not swallow dust, wash mouth several times, do not induce vomiting.
- Seek for medical advice if symptoms remain.
4.2 Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed :
No undesirable effect known to date, except common effects from heavy exposure to dust, which however may not
happens in intended conditions of use.

No specific treatment needed in intended conditions of use.
________________________________________________________________________________________________
SECTION 5. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES
5.1 Estinguishing media :
Appropriate estinguishing media :
ABC power – sprayed water.
Inadequate estinguishing media:
Solid jet water (risk of scattering burning product).
5.2 Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture :
In case of fire, decomposition products can be generated : soot, carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and
under some combustion conditions traces of hydrocyanic acid (HCN) (however HCN being combustible, it is often
destroyed as soon as it is generated).

________________________________________________________________________________________________
SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
7.1 Precautions for safe handling :
Wearing gloves is recommended for products with facings especially made of aluminium (risk of cut wound).
Smoking ban, avoid direct contact with flame (except for products which application plans a flame welding). In
case of handling nearby heavy heat sources (for example : burner), ensure to dispose of an appropriate
estinguishing media – see section 5, in order to prevent the product from any risk of ignition.
In case of heavy cuttings or machinings (without air extraction on the tools) of product generating dust, in order to
minimise inhalation exposure and to avoid generation of an explosive atmosphere, work into well-ventilated
places.
However, cuttings required for usual installation of the product at the construction site may not generate
significant risk linked to dust.
Concerning handling into warehouse, fork-lift drivers must be professionnally trained (driving fork-lift trucks,
carrying /stacking pallets…).
While charging and discharging of the end product, packaging of the pallet must be checked (damage and stability)
before stacking (see §7.2 Storage).
7.2 Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities :
- Fire and explosion prevention : Smoking ban, avoid direct contact with flame and store away from heavy heat
sources (for example : burner), in order to prevent the product from any risk of ignition.
- Incompatible materials : Do not store with flammable classified substances or mixtures.
- Conditions for storage : Keep away from weather, store on a flat area. Do not stack damaged packages/pallets.
We recommend against stacking packages/pallets above 3 m high and we recommend to avoid pedestrian
circulation in the storage area (risk of falling piles, especially in case of winds above 40 km/h).
- Packaging material : plastic film, wood pallet, expanded polystyrene or polyurethan blocks.
7.3 Specific end use(s) :
No specific additional requirements.

effect on an 8h duration :
Maximum average concentration of total inhalable dust : 10 mg /m3 of air.
Maximum average concentration of alveolar inhalable dust : 5 mg /m3 of air.
8.2 Exposure controls :
- Collective protection : in case of cutting or machining of product generating dust, work into well-ventilated place
in order to reduce to the lowest possible dust concentration. If required by specific conditions, plan process is
equiped with exhaust extraction.
- Eye protection : wearing safety goggles is recommended in case of generation of dust.
- Hand protection : wearing gloves is recommended – see section 7.
- Respiratory protection : wear class 1 or 2 filtering mask (against dust) in case of dust generation and ventilation
not suitable.
