Supercube Ice
The most popular type of ice cubes, a perfect choice for restaurants, pubs, and clubs.
Made in the famous Scotsman thimble shape, they are available in three different
sizes.
Dice Ice
The shape of dice cubes provides maximum liquid displacement making this type of
ice cube ideal for general purpose cooling of drinks. They can be made very quickly
and are ideal for outlets needing high volumes of ice, such as fast food outlets.
Nugget Ice
Nugget ice is made from random cylindrical sized pieces of hard compacted flake ice,
which have a slow melt rate.
Cubelet Ice
Hands free dispensed ice made from hard compacted flake ice in a uniformed cubelet
shape with a slow melt rate.
Flake Ice
Flake Ice is the most natural shape. Extruded at a temperature just below zero
degrees. Scotsman flaked ice suits a variety of applications including fisheries,
laboratories and industry.
Scale Ice
Scotsman Scale Ice machines manufacture ice in a range of thicknesses, from 1.2mm
as preferred by the food processing industry to 2.2mm as demanded by the fishing
industry. Scale Ice is produced in heavy-duty cylindrical evaporators designed for the
most rugged applications.

Condenser Air Filter
To avoid the volume reduction of ice
production, the condenser air filter must
be kept free from dust accumulation.
Highly efficient and user-friendly, the filter
can easily be removed from the front side

Typically ice consumption is not regular
throughout the day, so it is advisable

Demineralized Water Kit
Available
Demineralized water is water in which
the minerals are removed. It is used in
applications where water with low salt
content or low conductivity is required,
typical condition Pharmaceutical or
Laboratory applications.
A different conductivity is required
for every application, however some
conductivity will always remain, because
of the acid / base equilibrium of water.
The best quality of demineralized water
has resistance of approx.
18,2 MegaOhm·cm or a conductivity of
0.055 microSiemens per cm.
At this level of conductivity, the standard
water level sensing systems do not work
well anymore. Hence, a water pressure
system replaces a water conductive
system in the water level monitoring
apparatus.
LWC - Low Water Content
Recommended for all high volume
commercial applications, combining slowmelt with moisture exchange for premiumpriced perishables and heat removal from
surfaces in medical applications.
HWC - High Water Content
Recommended for all those applications
where delicate and moisture critical
products must be preserved.

Hubbard Ice Systems Warranty for Scotsman Products
Hubbard Ice Systems guarantee that any and all products
manufactured and marketed under the Scotsman brand name are
free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of
two years (for AC/EC Six Series - three years) from the date of first
installation. All repairs will be carried out during normal working
hours Monday to Friday.
The warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects provided that:
1. Installation and commissioning was carried out by the Scotsman distributor or their nominated agent in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements as detailed in the user manual.
2. Products and/or components are not modified, altered or dismantled by unauthorised persons.
3. Products are maintained and cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements by the Scotsman distributor or their nominated agent.
4. Warranty service is performed by the Scotsman distributor or their nominated agent using genuine Scotsman replacement parts supplied by Hubbard Ice Systems.
5. A maintenance service has been carried out by an authorised Scotsman distributor or their agent at 12 months from purchase/installation.
This is chargeable to the customer.
Exclusions:
1. Failure or damage caused by misuse, accidental or malicious damage.
2. Failure or damage caused by the loss of or fluctuations in electrical power supply.
3. Failure or damage caused by water supply failure or any other plumbing or drainage problem.
This includes any water treatment device connected to the product.
4. Labour and material costs associated with cleaning and preventative maintenance including cleaning of condenser, or failure to perform a
12 month service.
5. Labour and material costs associated with cleaning the water circuit following failure caused by mineral, limescale or algae deposits.
6. Labour and material costs associated with replacing water filter cartridges or other water treatment device.
7. Labour and material costs associated with failure or operating problems caused by incorrect installation.
8. Any consequential loss as a result of product failure.
9. No fault found calls, these will be chargeable to the customer.
10. Costs associated with repairs requested out of hours i.e. before 08.30 hours and after 17.00 hours Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
