Frequently Answers and Questions

How do I pair the Wiser Micro Module Blind with my Wiser Hub?
You can pair the device manually using an install code or by performing an auto-scan. The manual pairing process involves short pressing the push button 3 times and confirming the LED is flashing orange in the app. The auto-scan option automatically discovers the device when powered on. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on both pairing methods.
Can I set a schedule for my blinds to open and close automatically?
Yes, you can create a schedule using the Wiser app. This allows you to set specific times for your blinds to open or close each day, providing automated control for your home's lighting and privacy.
How do I adjust the duration of my blinds opening and closing?
The shutter control is supplied in an uncalibrated state and requires calibration. You can manually set the run time using the app or perform a calibration process. To calibrate, select the calibration start point (top or bottom), wait until the shutter reaches the point, tap Start, and then tap Done once the shutter reaches the other end. Refer to the manual for detailed calibration steps.
