and MCAS space needs.
Ann Leakey addressed t he Court to ask that Montgomery Count y Animal
Shelter be allow ed t o t ake back the space that the Humane Society now leases
at t he 242 facility. MCAC is desperate. The Humane Society space remains
nearly empty w ith limited opening house. Mrs. Leakey also presented the Court
w ith a memorandum and photos comparing the tw o facilities’ space
efficiencies.
