WARNING:

Make sure all electric power or other energy sources are disconnected and closed before any servicing. Always turn off the main switch.

Wait 10 minutes after electrical power is disconnected to eliminate power on the inverter terminals.

•

Installation, maintenance and service must be executed by skilled service personnel only or by a service organisation with appropriate authorization from the manufacturer.

•

For service, use only original replacement parts.

•

Re-install all machine parts in the original way.

•

The qualified agency performing this work assumes all responsibility for this kit installation. Other service activities than described below, disable all manufacturers’ responsibility.

•

Make sure children are not around during work in progress.

Description:

Several modifications were made on the stop pedal system on ironers I35, I50, IR50, IF50

(option). Please find details on the picture with corresponding explanation below.

The main features:

1. New design – ergonomically shaped pedal adapted to the “square design” of the machine

2. Self-locking in the transport position – when moved to the transport position, the pedal will be locked automatically on its right arm, so it cannot fall down during transport; to unlock the right arm has to be pushed upwards and then tilted down.

3. Precise end position – the shape of the pedal arms assures precise engaged position of the pedal; the micro switch is activated in this position without being pushed to its maximal extend – thus the micro switch is protected against too big force applied on the pedal and, on top of that, no adjustment is needed.

4. Spiral spring – the rubber spring is replaced by a spiral one, which assures a stable and definite control force. The reliability of the system and comfort of the operator is increased by this modification, together with items 1 and 3.
