bring powerful, integrated
solutions to your security system.
Features like video motion alarm
detection, time synchronization,
VCR Record Speed AutoDetection and enhanced picture
processing for unparalleled image
quality and superior performance
with high-resolution cameras.
Record up to 9 “live” cameras on
one VCR, while simultaneously
processing and replaying video
from a second VCR. “Live” and
playback images can be displayed
in a variety of multiple-picture
screen formats while recording.
Easily program video alarm
detection parameters for object
size and shape, target placement,
trigger sensitivity and tracking
delay. Bi-directional RS-232
means you can control remotely
with a PC, Remote Control Panel
or advanced dome controller. The
high-performance Multivision®

performance in a cost-effective
system solution.
Superior image quality, integration and control in a reliable, easy-to-use solution
FEATURES
Software Management
Bi-directional RS-232 communication allows software control of all
multiplexer features. Use an advanced dome controller or a PC with
third-party software management tools. Easily schedule tours, check
operating status, change recording and/or alarm conditions – all from a
remote location.
Integrated Alarm Detection and Reporting
Video motion detection responds to alarm-related motion. Users gain
alarm protection and superior documentation of critical events. Alarmtype video motion detection is built-in to the MV19p-30 at a cost lower
than comparable stand-alone detectors. Alarm reports, logs and counts
are conveniently displayed on-screen. Operation is easy, seamless and
integrated.
User-Optimized Alarm Detection Per Camera
Alarm detection parameters include object location, size, shape, tracking
delay and trigger sensitivity to suit each camera’s unique viewing
environment and security need. Programmable 16H x 12V detection grid
with 192 detection points allows for superior alarm sensing.
Automatic Day/Night Setting Per Camera
Each camera’s detection setting can be set for day and night conditions.
The MV19p-30 will automatically change settings when time of day
requires alarm sensing requirements to change.
High-Resolution Monochrome Display
730 x 464 pixels to the VCR, and up to 420 lines of resolution to the
monitor (at -6DB). See live or recorded events in high resolution for
superior surveillance and easier identification.
Simple Multiple Camera Display and Playback Options
Full screen, sequential camera switching, PIP, 2 x 2, 3 x 3 or 4 x 4
picture formats. View only critical areas or see all locations at one time.
Change the viewing and playback options to suit your needs on a
minute-to-minute basis. Even zoom up to 2X any picture area for a
closer look at suspicious activity.
Full Duplex Multiplexing
View and record functions are independent. All cameras are full-field
recorded regardless of picture format option selected when pictures
were recorded. Playback any camera full screen or select any display
option to see the group of cameras you desire.
Other Advanced Features
Remotely synchronize time on up to 255 multiplexers via software, and
automatically set camera switch rate to your VCR – no address
programming required. Advanced encoding technology allows
multiplexer identification on VCR tape. Plus “multi-format decode”
allows the MV19p-30 to read other manufacturer’s duplex multiplexer
tapes. No other multiplexer offers this degree of control and flexibility.
