MCU. This 8-Bit MCU provides a built-in touch detection circuit to simplify the design in process and
lower the cost of touch sensing systems. With the ability to accept inputs from multiple sources, such
as single keys, key matrixes, wheels and sliders, the Touch Key MCU can be used in a wide array of
applications from washing machines to industrial control panels. Advanced features include integrated
flash memory for an EEPROM function and reset IC.
