1.1 Verwendete Symbole und Zeichen

Die handlungsbezogenen Warnhinweise sind mit

Frost- und Korrosionsschutzmittel können Veränderungen an Dichtungen, Geräuschbildung während des Heizbetriebs und andere Folgeschäden verursachen.

1.3.4 Sachschäden durch Einsatz von ungeeignetem Werkzeug

Unsachgemäßer Einsatz bzw. ungeeignetes Werkzeug kann zu Schäden wie Gas- oder Wasseraustritt führen.

∙ Um Schraubverbindungen anzuziehen oder zu lösen, verwenden Sie grundsätzlich passende Maulschlüssel, jedoch keine Rohrzangen, Verlängerungen usw.

1.3.5 Gefahr von Gebäudeschäden durch

Wasseraustritt

Eine nicht sachgemäß ausgeführte Installation kann zu

Undichtigkeiten führen.

∙ Stellen Sie sicher, dass die hydraulischen Leitungen spannungsfrei verlegt sind.

∙ Setzen Sie die Dichtungen korrekt ein.

Unfachmännische Arbeiten am Produkt können

Sachschäden an der gesamten Installation und als Folge sogar Personenschäden verursachen.

∙ Führen Sie nur dann Arbeiten am Produkt aus, wenn Sie autorisierter Fachhandwerker sind.

1.3.1 Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag

Das Berühren von spannungsführenden Anschlüssen kann zu schweren Personenschäden führen.

∙ Schalten Sie die Stromzufuhr zum Produkt ab, bevor Sie

Arbeiten durchführen.

∙ Sichern Sie die Stromzufuhr gegen Wiedereinschalten.

1.3.2 Lebensgefahr durch fehlende oder nicht ordnungsgemäß arbeitende

Sicherheitseinrichtungen

Fehlende Sicherheitseinrichtungen können zu lebensgefährlichen Verbrühungen und anderen

Verletzungen führen, zum Beispiel durch berstende Rohre.

Die in diesem Dokument enthaltenen Schemata zeigen nicht alle für eine fachgerechte Installation notwendigen

Sicherheitseinrichtungen.

∙ Installieren Sie die notwendigen Sicherheitseinrichtungen in der Anlage.

∙ Informieren Sie den Anlagenbetreiber über die Funktion und die Lage der Sicherheitseinrichtungen.

∙ Beachten Sie die einschlägigen nationalen und internationalen Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien

Ihr Gerät entspricht dem Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln. Bei unsachgemäßer oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßer

Verwendung können Gefahren für Leib und Leben des

Benutzers oder Dritter bzw. Beeinträchtigungen des

Produkts und anderer Sachwerte entstehen.

Das Gerät ist als Zusatzheizung in Systemen mit

Wärmepumpe vorgesehen.

Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung beinhaltet:

- Das Beachten der beiliegenden Bedienungs-,

Installations- und Wartungsanleitungen für dieses

Produkt sowie alle weiteren Komponenten der Anlage.

- Die Installation und Montage gemäß der Produkt- und

Systemzulassung.

- Die Einhaltung aller Inspektions- und

Wartungsbedingungen aus den Anleitungen.

Das Gerät muss an einer Stelle installiert werden, an der es vor Feuchtigkeit und Spritzwasser geschützt ist. Beachten

Sie die in den technischen Daten angegebene elektrische

Schutzklasse (IP).

Eine andere Verwendung als die in der vorliegenden

Anleitung beschriebene oder eine Verwendung, die über die hierin beschriebene bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung hinausgeht, gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

Nicht bestimmungsgemäß ist auch jede unmittelbare kommerzielle und industrielle Verwendung.

Jede missbräuchliche Verwendung ist untersagt.

4.1 Vorbereitung der Montage und

Installation

4.1.1 Lieferung und Installation am Aufstellort

4.1.1.1 Auspacken

∙ Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Verpackung.

∙ Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie von allen Teilen des Geräts.

4.1.2 Mindestabstände und Montagefreiräume

4.1.2.2 Abstand zu brennbaren Bauteilen

Ein Abstand des Produkts von Bauteilen aus brennbaren Bestandteilen ist nicht erforderlich, da bei

Nennwärmeleistung des Produkts keine höhere Temperatur auftritt als die maximal zulässige Temperatur von 80°C.

∙ Halten Sie einen Abstand von mindestens 200 mm zwischen leicht entfl ammbaren Teilen und heißen

Oberfl ächen ein.

4.1.2.3 Montagefreiräume

Halten Sie die auf dem Plan angegebenen Abstände ein.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Anschlüsse an die

Wasserversorgung zwecks Überprüfung zugänglich sind.

Die Schaffung zusätzlicher Freiräume in der Umgebung des

Geräts kann für Installation und Wartung von Vorteil sein.

4.1.3.1 Umfeldbedingungen

∙ Installieren Sie das Produkt nicht oberhalb eines anderen Produkts, das das Gerät beschädigen könnte

(z. B. oberhalb eines Herds, von dem Dampf oder Fett ausgehen könnten). Installieren das Produkt auch nicht in einem Raum mit einer staubigen, korrosionsfördernden

Umgebungsluft.

∙ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Raum, in dem Sie das

Produkt installieren wollen, ausreichend frostgeschützt ist.

4.1.3.2 Eigenschaften der Montagefl äche

∙ Bevor Sie den Aufstellort für das Produkt wählen, lesen

Sie die Sicherheitshinweise der Bedienungs- und

Installationsanleitungen sorgfältig durch.

∙ Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wand, an der das Gerät angebracht wird, ausreichend tragfähig für das

Gerätegewicht ist.

4.2.2

MONTAGE UND INSTALLATION

Lebensgefahr, wenn die Tragfähigkeit der Befestigungselemente nicht ausreicht!

Wenn die Befestigungselemente nicht ausreichend tragfähig sind, kann sich das

Gerät lösen und herunterfallen.

•

Bei der Montage des Geräts stellen Sie sicher, dass die Befestigungselemente ausreichend tragfähig sind. Tragfähigkeit aufweisen.

∙ Legen Sie fest, wo Sie das Gerät montieren wollen.

∙ Bohren Sie Löcher für die Befestigungen (siehe Kapitel.

4.1).

∙ Befestigen Sie den Aufhängebügel an der Wand.

4.2 Gerätemontage

∙ Heben Sie das Gerät in die gewünschte Stellung und neigen Sie das Produkt oben leicht zur Wand, positionieren Sie das Gerät knapp oberhalb des

Aufhängebügels.

∙ Senken Sie das Gerät langsam ab und hängen Sie es in den Aufhängebügel.

Fremdkörper wie Schweißrückstände,

Dichtungsreste oder Schmutz in den

Anschlussleitungen können das Produkt beschädigen.

Spülen Sie die Anschlussleitungen vor der Installation gründlich durch b

Die beim Löten übertragene Wärme kann die Polypropylenhülle (expandiert) des elektrischen Moduls und die Dichtungen der Absperrhähne beschädigen.

Löten Sie die Anschlussstücke nicht, wenn diese an den Wartungshähnen angeschraubt sind.

Gefahr von Korrosionsschäden.

Wenn in der Heizungsinstallation nicht diffusionsdichte Kunststoffrohre verwendet werden, kann dies dazu führen, dass Luft in das Heizungswasser eintritt und zu

Korrosion im Wärmeerzeugerkreis und im

Produkt führt.

•

Wenn Sie nicht diffusionsdichte

Kunststoffrohre in der Heizungsanlage verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass keine

Luft in das Heizungswasser eindringen kann.

Gefahr!

Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag bei unsachgemäßem elektrischen Anschluss!

Ein unsachgemäß ausgeführter elektrischer

Anschluss kann die Betriebssicherheit des

Produkts beeinträchtigen und zu Personen- und Sachschäden führen.

•

Der elektrische Anschluss des Geräts darf nur durch einen entsprechend ausgebildeten Fachhandwerker durchgeführt werden.

∙ Beim Anschließen von Stromkabeln an die

Anschlussleiste des Moduls :

- Lassen Sie einen Abstand von maximal 30 mm zwischen dem Steckverbinder und dem Beginn der Isolierung.

- Wenn einadrige Kabel verwendet werden, stellen Sie sicher, dass sie in einer Isolierhülse zusammengefasst sind.

- Befestigen Sie die Kabel in der Kabelklemme in der Box.

Originaldichtungen.

∙ Schließen Sie den Heizkreislauf an, wie gezeigt.

Hinweise

Das Stromversorgungskabel wird nicht mit dem

Gerät geliefert.

(Netzanschluss)

Die äußere Verkabelung muss geerdet sein. Die Polarität muss korrekt sein und den geltenden Normen entsprechen.

∙ Beachten Sie den Phasen- und Nullleiteranschluss an das Gerät.

Die Anschlusskabel zwischen Schalttafel und elektrischem

Moduls müssen :

- für eine feste Installation geeignet sein,

- einen Querschnitt aufweisen, der für die Leistung des

Geräts geeignet ist.

∙ Schließen Sie das elektrische Modul über ein unabhängiges Schutzsystem an (über eine Schalttafel mittels eines Fehlerstromschutzschalters mit einer

Trennung von mindestens 3 mm zwischen den

Kontakten).

Bei der Installation kann ein zusätzlicher Schutz erforderlich sein, um Überspannungskategorie II zu gewährleisten.

Vorrichtungen zur Trennung der Sektorstromversorgung müssen die vollständige Trennung der Stromversorgung der Stromversorgung gemäß den Bedingungen der

Überspannungskategorie III gewährleisten.

INBETRIEBNAHME

Hinweise

Bei der Montage des Temperaturfühlers muss eine Wärmeleitpaste verwendet werden.

∙ Verfahren Sie beim Füllen nach der Installationsanleitung der Wärmepumpe.

∙ Überprüfen Sie, ob die hydraulischen und elektrischen

Anschlüsse hergestellt wurden.

∙ Überprüfen Sie die Anschlüsse auf Dichtigkeit.

∙ Entlüften Sie Ihre Heizungsanlage.

∙ Stellen Sie die Stromversorgung des Geräts wieder her.

∙ Setzen Sie die Frontverkleidung wieder auf.

5.3 Gerät an den Betreiber übergeben

Nach Fertigstellung der Installation:

∙ Beantworten Sie alle Fragen des Betreibers.

∙ Weisen Sie insbesondere auf die

Sicherheitsanweisungen, die der Betreiber einhalten muss, hin.

∙ Öffnen Sie beim Füllen des Heizkreislaufs mit Wasser die

Entlüftung (1).

∙ Schließen Sie die Entlüftung, sobald Wasser austritt

(wiederholen Sie den Vorgang bei Bedarf mehrmals).

Gefahr der Beschädigung bei unzureichender Entlüftung!

Bei unzureichender Entlüftung kann der elektrische Widerstand beschädigt werden

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der

Heizkreislauf korrekt entlüftet wird.

6 Fehlerbehebung

6.1 Einzelteile

∙ Wenn Sie für Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten

Ersatzteile benötigen, verwenden Sie ausschließlich

Original-Vaillant- Ersatzteile.

Die Originalbauteile des Geräts sind zusammen mit dem

Produkt während der CE-Konformitätsprüfung zertifi ziert worden. Wenn Sie KEINE zugelassenen Original-Vaillant-

Ersatzteile für die Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten verwenden, erlischt die CE-Konformitätserklärung des

Produkts. Aus diesem Grund weisen wir ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass nur Original-Vaillant-Ersatzteile installiert werden dürfen.

ENDGÜLTIGE AUSSERBETRIEBNAHME

∙ Überprüfen Sie die wasserseitige Dichtheit der Anlage.

∙ Überprüfen Sie die Elektroinstallation. Beachten Sie dabei alle relevanten Vorschriften.

∙ Wenn das Netzanschlusskabel des Geräts beschädigt ist, müss es durch eine entsprechend qualifi zierte Person ausgetauscht werden.

∙ Siehe Kapitel 4.4 und 4.5 zum Austausch des

Netzanschlusskabels

∙ Öffnen Sie den Ablasshahn des Geräts (2).

∙ Öffnen Sie die Entlüftung des Geräts (1).

6.3 Rückstellen des elektrischen

Widerstands

Bei einem anormale Anstieg der Wassertemperatur, kann der Sicherheitsthermostat des Widerstands ausgelöst werden (siehe Installationsanleitung der Steuerung).

Die Rückstellung erfolgt manuell.

Hinweise

Lassen Sie den Widerstand abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn zurückstellen.

∙ Schalten Sie das Gerät ab.

∙ Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung.

∙ Leeren Sie das Gerät (siehe Kapitel 6.2).

∙ Demontieren Sie das Gerät.

∙ Recyceln oder entsorgen Sie das Gerät und seine

Bauteile (siehe Kapitel 8).

∙ Sortieren Sie den Abfall, um wiederverwertbaren Abfall

(Karton, Kunststoffe, ...) von nicht wiederverwertbarem

Material zu trennen (Verpackungsband ...).

∙ Recyceln Sie die Produktverpackung gemäß den entsprechenden Vorschriften.

8.2 Richtlinie über Elektro- und Elektronik-

Altgeräte: Recycling des Geräts und seiner Komponenten

Das Gerät muss entsprechend der Richtlinie über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte recycelt werden, die insbesondere

Folgendes vorsieht :

- selektive Sammlung von Elektro- und Elektronik-

Altgeräten,

- systematische selektive Behandlung bestimmter, als gefährlich erachteter, Komponenten und Substanzen,

∙ lWiederverwendung, Recycling und Verwertung gesammelter Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte.

∙ Entsorgen Sie das Produkt und sein Zubehör nicht im Hausmüll.

∙ Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät und mögliche Zubehörteile sachgemäß entsorgt werden.

∙ Geben Sie das Gerät bei einer Sammelstelle ab, die für

Verarbeitung, Verwertung und Recycling von Elektro- und

Elektronik-Altgeräten zugelassen ist.

∙ Beachten Sie alle geltenden Vorschriften.

The product is a state-of-the-art product which has been constructed in accordance with recognised safety regulations. 1.5 Rules and regulations

1.5.5.1 IMPORTANT

Where no British Standards exists, materials and equipment should be fi t for their purpose and of suitable quality and workmanship.

The installation of this heating appliance must be carried out by a competent person approved at the time by the Health and Safety Executive and in accordance with the rules in force in the countries of destination.

Manufacturer’s instructions must not be taken as overriding statutory requirements.

In GB, the installation of the heating appliance must be carried out by a competent person approved at the time by the Health and Safety Executive and as described in the following regulations:

- The manufacturer’s instructions supplied.

- The appropriate Buildings Regulations either The Building

Regulations, The Building Regulations (Scotland), The

Building Regulations (Northern Ireland).

- The Water Supply (water fi ttings) Regulations 1999 and water byelaws 2000, Scotland.

- The Health and Safety at Work Act, Control of Substances

Hazardous to Health (COSHH).

- Any electrical work must conform to BS 7671 and where applicable Part P of the building regulations.

Where no specifi c instructions are given, reference should be made to the relevant British Standard Code of Practice.

In IE, the installation must be carried out by a competent person approved at the time by the Health and Safety

Executive and installed in accordance with the current edition of I.S.813 “Domestic Gas Installations”, the current

Building Regulations and reference should be made to the current ETCI rules for Electrical Installation.

NOTE: For further information, see the current issue of the

1) Central heating system specifi cation (CheSS) and

The heating appliance MUST be earthed. All system components shall be of an approved type and all wiring to current I.E.E. wiring regulations. External wiring must be correctly earthed, polarised and in accordance with the relevant standards.

In GB, this is BS 7671.

In IE, this is the current edition of ETCI rules.

The heating appliance MUST be connected to a permanent

230V ac, 50Hz supply.

Connection of the whole electrical system of the heating appliance, including any heating controls, to the electrical supply MUST be through one common isolator and must be fused 30 Amp maximum.

Isolation should be by a double pole switched fused spur box, with a minimum gap of 3mm for both poles. The fused spur box should be readily accessible and preferably adjacent to the appliance. It should be identifi ed as to its use.

Alternatively connection can be made through an unswitched shuttered socket and 3A fused 3-pin plug both to the current issue of BS 1363, provided they are not used in a room containing a bath or shower.

Wiring to the heating appliance must be PVC 85OC insulated cable, not less than 3 G4.

1.5.5.5 Control of Substances Hazardous to

Health

Under Section 6 of The Health and Safety at Work Act

1974, we are required to provide information on substances hazardous to health. The adhesives and sealants used in this appliance are cured and give no known hazard in this state.

The CE mark indicates that the appliances described in this manual are in compliance with the following directives :

- Directive 2006/95/EC of the Council with amendments

"Directive Concerning Electrical Equipment for Use

Within Specifi c Voltage Limits" (Low voltage directive)

4.1.3 Considering the product location

∙ Determine the assembly location.

∙ Drill the holes to receive the fastenings (see chapter 4.1).

∙ Fix the hanging bracket on the wall.

∙ Do not install the product above another product that could damage it (for example, above a cooker that might emit steam or grease) or in a room, which has a lot of dust in the atmosphere which is corrosive.

∙ Make sure that the room where you want to fi t the product is suffi ciently protected against frost.

4.2 Mounting the product

4.4.1 Connecting the power input (mains connection)

The external wiring to be grounded. The polarity must be correct and consistent with the standards.

∙ Connect the appliance in accordance with the live and neutral connections.

The connecting cables between the electrical panel and the appliance must be :

- adapted to a fi xed,

- son equipped section for the power of the apparatus.

∙ Connect the device to the electrical panel via an independent protection system (circuit breaker with a separation of at least 3 mm between each contact).

Additional protection may be required during the installation to ensure overvoltage category II.

4.1 Preparazione del montaggio e dell'installazione

4.1.3 Valutazione del luogo di intallazione dell’apparecchio

MONTAGGIO E INSTALLAZIONE

∙ Determinare il luogo di installazione.

∙ Effettuare i fori per i fi ssaggi (vedi cap. 4.1).

∙ Fissare il supporto di aggancio al muro.

∙ Non installare l’apparecchio sopra ad un altro in quanto potrebbe danneggiarsi (ad esempio al disopra di una cucina da cui potrebbero fuoriuscire dei vapori e del grasso) o in un ambiente molto impolverato o con un’atmosfera corrosiva).

∙ Assicurarsi che la stanza in cui si vuole installare l’apparecchio sia suffi cientemente protetta dal gelo.

4.1.3.2 Pulizia delle superfi ci di montaggio

∙ Prima di scegliere il luogo di installazione dell’apparecchio, leggere attentamente le indicazioni relative alla sicurezza e le istruzioni dei manuali di utilizzo e di installazione.

∙ Verifi care che la struttura del muro sul quale viene installato l’apparecchio permetta di sopportarne il peso.

Dei corpi estranei quali residui di saldatura, residui di sigillatura o polvere nelle tubature di arrivo d’acqua possono danneggiare l’apparecchio.

Eseguire un accurato lavaggio dell'impianto di riscaldamento prima di installarlo.

Rischio di danni provocati dal trasferimento termico al momento della brasatura.

Il calore trasmesso durante la saldatura può danneggiare il polipropilene (espanso) che circonda il modulo elettrico, nonchè i giunti dei rubinetti di arresto.

Proteggere il polipropilene (espanso) del modulo elettrico.

Non saldare i pezzi dei collegamenti se sono avvitati ai rubinetti di arresto.

Se vengono utilizzate delle tubature di plastica che fanno passare l’ossigeno nell’impianto di riscaldamento, questo può corrodere o ostruire il circuito di riscaldamento e l’apparecchio stesso.

Se si usano delle tubature di plastica, aggiungere un inibitore di corrosione nell’acqua di riscaldamento.

6 Riparazione

6.1 Pezzi di ricambio

∙ Nel caso in cui servano pezzi di ricambio durante le operazioni di manutenzione e di riparazione, utilizzare esclusivamente dei pezzi originali Hermann Saunier

Duval.

I componenti originali dell’apparecchio devono essere certifi cati insieme all'apparecchio durante il controllo di conformità CE. Se NON SI USANO i pezzi originali certifi cati Hermann Saunier Duval durante le operazioni di manutenzione o di riparazione, la conformità CE dell’apparecchio verrà annullata. E’ per questa ragione che raccomandiamo di utilizzare obbligatoriamente dei pezzi di ricambio originali Hermann Saunier Duval.

1.2 Cualifi cación requerida para el personal

Cualquier actuación no profesional en el aparato puede causar daños materiales e incluso lesiones personales.

∙ Por este motivo, cualquier actuación que se realice en el aparato debe ser ejecutada únicamente por personal técnico cualifi cado autorizado.

1.3 Consignas generales de seguridad

1.3.1 Peligro de muerte por electrocución

Si toca las conexiones eléctricas bajo tensión, podrá conllevar heridas corporales graves.

∙ Antes de iniciar cualquier intervención en el aparato, corte la alimentación eléctrica.

∙ Compruebe que no sea posible colocar la alimentación eléctrica bajo tensión.

SEGURIDAD

Peligro de muerte si los dispositivos se seguridad están ausentes o defectuosos

La ausencia o el fallo del dispositivo de seguridad puede resultar peligroso y provocar escaldaduras y otras heridas, por ejemplo, por la ruptura de los tubos.

La información que fi gura en el presente documento no presenta todos los procedimientos necesarios para una instalación profesional de los dispositivos de seguridad.

∙ Instale en el circuito los dispositivos de seguridad necesarios.

∙ Informe al usuario acerca de la función y de la ubicación de los dispositivos de seguridad.

∙ No desactive nunca los dispositivos de seguridad.

∙ No intente ajustarlos.

∙ Respete las reglamentaciones, normas y directivas nacionales e internacionales adecuadas.

1.3.3 Riesgo de daños materiales con motivo de los aditivos en el agua de calefacción

Los agentes de protección contra las heladas y la corrosión pueden generar cambios en las juntas, ruido durante el modo de calefacción y pueden conllevar otros daños indirectos.

∙ No utilice ningún agente de protección contra las heladas o contra la corrosión que sea inadecuado.

1.3.4 Riesgo de daños materiales con motivo del uso de herramientas inadaptadas

El uso de herramientas inadaptadas o su uso inadecuado puede provocar averías, como las fugas de gas o de agua.

∙ Cuando apriete o afl oje los conectores roscados, utilice sistemáticamente llaves planas, no utilice llaves de tubos, alargaderas, etc.

Este aparato goza de una concepción avanzada y ha sido ensamblado de conformidad con las reglas reconocidas en materia de seguridad. - la puesta en conformidad del conjunto de condiciones de inspección y de mantenimiento enumeradas en las presentes instrucciones.

Habrá que instalar el aparato en un lugar en donde no esté expuesto a la humedad ni a las proyecciones de agua.

Respete el índice de protección eléctrica (IP) que fi gura en los datos técnicos.

Cualquier otro uso distinto al descrito en el presente manual o cualquier uso destinado a ampliar el uso descrito aquí no está previsto.

Cualquier uso comercial o industrial directo también se considera no previsto.

4.1.3 Consideración de la ubicación del aparato

MONTAJE E INSTALACIÓN

∙ Determine el lugar de instalación.

∙ Perfore los orifi cios para recibir las fi jaciones (véase el capítulo 4.1).

∙ Fije el soporte de fi jación al muro.

4.1.3.1 Condiciones del entorno

∙ No instale el aparato sobre otro aparato que pueda dañarlo (por ejemplo, sobre una placa de cocina que pueda liberar vapor y grasa) ni en una habitación muy cargada de polvo en una atmósfera sea corrosiva.

∙ Compruebe que la habitación en donde desea instalar el aparato esté sufi cientemente protegida frente a las heladas.

4.1.3.2 Propiedades de las superfi cies de montaje

∙ Antes de elegir el lugar en el que colocará el aparato, lea detenidamente las advertencias relativas a la seguridad, así como las consignas indicadas en el manual de instalación.

∙ Compruebe que la estructura del muro sobre el que deberá instalar el aparato puede soportar su peso.

4.2 Montaje del aparato

El calor transmitido durante la soldadura puede dañar el polipropileno (expandido) que rodea el módulo eléctrico, así como las juntas de las llaves de detener.

4.2.2 Montaje mural del aparato

4.4.1 Conexión a la alimentación eléctrica

(conexión de sector)

∙ El cableado externo deberá ponerse a tierra, con las polaridades adecuadas y de conformidad con las normas vigentes.

∙ Respete la conexión de fase y neutra del aparato.

Los cables de conexión entre el panel eléctrico y un módulo eléctrico debe ser:

- adaptado a un fi jo,

- hijo equipada para la sección de potencia del aparato.

∙ Conectar el módulo eléctrica al sistema eléctrico a través de una protección independiente (interruptor de circuito con una separación de al menos 3 mm entre cada contacto).

Una protección adicional podrá exigirse durante la instalación para garantizar una categoría de sobretensión II.

Dispositivos de conmutación de la red eléctrica debe permitir fallo completo de la fuente de acuerdo con los requisitos de la categoría de sobretensión III.

5.3 Información al usuario

∙ Responda a las preguntas que el usuario pueda plantearle.

∙ Señálele concretamente las consignas de seguridad que el usuario deberá respetar.

6 Mantenimiento

∙ Abra el purgador de aire (1) durante el relleno de agua del circuito de calefacción.

∙ Vuelva a cerrar el purgador en cuanto fl uya agua (repita varias veces la operación si fuese necesario).

Riesgo de daños en caso de mala purga!

Una purga de aire incorrecta puede ocasionar deterioros de la resistencia eléctrica.

Asegúrese de que el circuito de calefacción esté bien purgado de aire.

6.1 Piezas de recambio

∙ Si necesita piezas de recambio durante las operaciones de mantenimiento y de reparación, utilice exclusivamente piezas originales de Saunier Duval.

Los componentes originales del aparato deben ser certifi cados al mismo tiempo que el aparato durante el control de conformidad CE. Si no utiliza las piezas originales certifi cadas por Saunier Duval durante las operaciones de mantenimiento o de reparación, la conformidad CE del aparato quedará anulada. Por este motivo, le aconsejamos imperativamente que utilice piezas de recambio originales de Saunier Duval.

Deje que la resistencia se enfríe antes de realizar el rearme.

8.1 Embalaje

∙ Clasifi que los desechos separando por una parte, aquéllos que pueden ser reciclados (cartones, plásticos…) y por otra, aquellos que no pueden reciclarse

(enrejado…).

∙ Elimine estos desechos de conformidad con la normativa vigente.

6.5.4.1 Comprobación de los cables

∙ Si el cable de alimentación de este aparato está dañado, para evitar cualquier peligro, tan sólo el fabricante, el servicio postventa o cualquier persona que presente una cualifi cación similar podrán sustituir el cable de alimentación.

∙ Cuando realice la sustitución del cable de alimentación, consulte el capítulo 4.4 y 4.5.
