このたびは DTY-ELG21 をお買い上げいただきましてありがとうございます。本製品は高電圧機器と
して電気設備基準には規定されていませんが、2,500V の交流高電圧を扱っております。本製品の取扱い
に際しまして、ご使用前に本書を必ずお読みいただき、本機の機能を十分にご理解ください。
なお、本書は大切に保管してください。

イオナイザーは大気中でオゾンを発生します。１台で使用する場合は、濃度は飽和して一定以上上がりませんが、
複数台使用される場合、オゾン臭を感じたら換気をしてください。またイオンエアの吹出し口に直接顔を近づけて
オゾン臭を確認しないでください。鼻、喉などを痛める可能性があります。

5. 配線及び配管

製品の仕様範囲外では使用しないでください。仕様範囲外で使用されますと、製品の故障、機能停止や破損の原因と
なります。また著しい寿命の低下を招きます。
放電針は先が尖っておりますので、取扱いには十分注意してください。身体にケガを負う可能性があります。
必ずエアを印加した状態で電源を印加してください。エアを印加しない状態で電源を印加すると放電による内部
オゾン濃度が上昇し、機器及び環境へ悪影響を与える可能性があります。
人体、特に顔や目などにノズルを向けて使用しないでください。身体にケガを負う可能性があります。
ケーブルを無理に曲げたり、引っ張ったり、巻き付けたり、重いものを載せたり、挟み込んだりし傷つけると、
漏電や導通不良による火災や感電、異常作動の原因となります。

●本製品は、電源を入れる際には必ずエアを投入してください。また使用時のエアの流量は
65(L/min(A.N.R.))以上となるよう調整してください。
●本体のエア継手の取外し、交換は行わないでください。本体の破損の原因となります。

操作
① 電源配線、エア配管を確認してください。
② レギュレータにて調圧したエアを本体に供給してください。印加する圧力は必ず使用圧力範囲内に設
定してください。
③AC アダプタに電源(AC100-240V 50/60Hz)を供給してください。
④ 本体をしっかりと保持しノズル先端をワークに向け、レバーを握りこんでください。電源表示 LED(緑
色)が点灯しイオンエアがノズル先端から吹き出します。
⑤ イオンエアを停止するには、握りこんでいるレバーを開放してください。レバーが初期の状態に戻り、
電源表示 LED が消灯しイオンエアが停止します。

ルが帯電する場合があります。ラベルを貼る場合は絶縁性のものをご使用ください。
設置
本製品は一般的なエアガンと同様に手に持って使用してください。また本体は吊り下げ金具で吊り下
げることが可能です。吊り下げ金具は手で 90 度おきに回すことが出来ます。必要に応じて向きを変
えて使用してください。
※上記以外の危険事項・警告事項及び注意事項は、静電気除去ユニット イオナイザーカタログNo.R0009 の
「安全上のご注意(イオナイザー共通)・取扱い要領と注意事項(共通注意事項)」をご参照ください。

●アルコール等を使用するときは換気を十分に行なってください。またアルコールでの清掃後は十分
に乾燥させ、本体が濡れていないことを確認しご使用ください。
●本体の損傷の原因になりますので、清掃にはワイヤーブラシは絶対に使用しないでください。
●ノズルの取り付けは、緩みが無くなるまで手で締め付けてください。必要以上の締め付けはしない
でください。また、工具等を使って締め付けないでください。
放電針に汚れが付着しますと除電性能が低下します。除電効果が低下してきたら清掃してください。
清掃方法
ノズルを回転させて本体から取り外し、本体内部の放電針とその周辺をアルコール(IPA)を染み込ま
せたウエス、綿棒などで清掃して下さい。放電針の先端に汚れが付着しますと除電効果が低下します。
清掃後は、ノズルをしっかりと取り付けてください。
放電針の交換方法
放電針は消耗品であり交換が必要です。放電針(5 本セット：DTRY-ZEM-G11)を交換する際は必ず専
用工具(DTRY-ELB21)とトルクドライバーを組み合わせて作業を行い、交換時の締め付けトルクは
15～20N･cm に設定してください。トルクが適切でないと本体のねじを破損することがあります。

本製品がお手元に届きましたら、梱包内容に欠品が無いか、搬送中において異常または破損が無いか
点検してからご使用ください。万一、破損あるいは正常な動作をしない場合は、お買い上げ店（代理
店）または最寄りの弊社営業所にご連絡ください。

●エアガン内部には圧電セラミックスが内蔵されていますので、落下や衝撃を加えることは避けて
下さい。
●本体先端のノズルは内部回路と接続されていますので導体や活線部へ接触させないでください。
●専用ノズル以外は使用しないでください。またノズルは改造しないでください。製品の故障、機
能停止や破損の原因となります。
●電源表示 LED が点灯しない場合や異常表示 LED が点灯する場合は直ちに電源を OFF し、本書「5.設
置・配線および配管」をご参照ください。それでも解消しない場合は本書「7.メンテナンス」及び
「8.トラブルシューティング」をご参照ください。

電源をOFFした後、すぐに電源をONすると異常表示LEDが点灯します。OFFした後ONする場合には、1 秒以上時間を空
けてください。
動力線・高電圧線との並行配線はしないでください。誘導ノイズで誤動作する可能性があります。

under any electrical equipment standard, it uses a high voltage of 2500V. Please read this manual diligently to carefully

Avoid scratching the cable, etc. Letting the cable be subject to scratching, excessive bending, pulling, rolling
up, or being placed under heavy objects or squeezed between two objects, may result in current leaks or

Caution
The Ionizer emits ozone into an atmosphere. If a single unit is operated, ozone will reach the saturation point and will not
increase beyond the certain level. However, if several units are operated simultaneously and if you smell ozone, pay attention
to the ventilation of the ambient. Do not attempt to check the smell of ozone by directly bringing your face close to the outlet
of ionized air flow, since you might get your nose and throat hurt.

When the product can no longer be used, or is no longer necessary, dispose of it appropriately as industrial
waste.
Do not turn ON the Ionizer immediately after you have turn it OFF, or else and alarm LED lights up. After
turning OFF this product, wait 1 second or more before turning it ON again
Do not run the wires together with high-voltage lines or power lines or put them in the same raceway. This
can cause malfunction due to induction.
If the trouble cannot be solved, refer to “7.
Operation
① Check to confirm that the power supply wiring and the air piping are correctly connected.
② Supply the main unit with air adjusted to the correct pressure by the regulator. Make sure that the setting of the pressure applied
always remains within the specified pressure range of service.
③ Supply the AC adapter with the power (100~240 V AC; 50/60 Hz).
④ Hold the main unit firmly with your hand and turn the tip of the nozzle toward the workpiece. Pull the lever of the main unit.
The power indication LED (green) will turn on and the ionized air will blow out from the tip of the nozzle.
⑤ To shut down the ionized air, release the lever of the main unit that you have pulled. The lever will return to the initial position,
the power indication LED will go off, and the ionized air will stop.

●Make sure that the air is supplied to the Unit before turning on the power to this Unit. The flow rate of the air in service
should be adjusted to 65 (ℓ/min. (A.N.R.)) or higher.
Caution
●Make sure the room is thoroughly ventilated when alcohol or the like is used for cleaning. In addition, allow the unit to be
fully dried after cleaning it with alcohol.
●Do not replace the air fitting. This may cause failure to the main unit.
Be sure to confirm that the unit is not wet with alcohol before using it.
●Never use a wire brush for cleaning. This may cause serious damage to the unit.
●When attaching the nozzle, close it by hand until it is no longer loose. Do not use tools to close it.
Caution
Especially, avoid a place subject to dew condensation.
●Always use the dedicated AC adaptor. Such use or conversion could result in cessation of function, shutdown, or damage.
●If the air includes water and oil, inside of the main unit or the nozzle gets dirty, the ability to remove electricity is lowered,
or causing deterioration of the main unit.
●Do not attach conductive or static dissipating stickers or labels to the tip of the main unit. The label may become charged
due to induction. When attaching labels, please use insulating materials.
Installation
Use this product by holding main unit with your hand. It is possible to suspend main unit by using a piece of hook. Hook can be
rotated by every 90 degrees. Use main unit by changing its direction freely.
If the tip of the discharge needle is contaminated, the static electricity elimination effect will deteriorate. When the static electricity
elimination effect is observed to have been deteriorated, use a cotton swab etc to clean the needle.
Cleaning Method
Rotate the nozzle to remove it from the main unit. Clean the discharge needle inside the main unit and the surrounding area by
using a cotton swab soaked with alcohol (IPA). Contamination of the tip of the discharge needle will cause the static electricity
elimination effect to be deteriorated. After cleaning the needle, restore the nozzle to the original condition and confirm that it is
securely attached.
Replacement of the discharge needle
The discharge needle is a consumable item and needs to be replaced in time. When replacing a discharge needle (DTRY-ZEMG11), be sure to use the dedicated tool (DTRY-ELB21) in combination with a torque driver. Set the tightening torque to 15 ~ 20N・
cm. Tightening with incorrect torque may damage the screw on the main unit.
