Frequently asked questions

The maximum torque that can be transmitted varies depending on the size of the clamping set. Please refer to Table 1 or 2 in the viewed document for specific torque ratings.

Apply a thin layer of oil, such as Ballistol Universal oil or Klüber Quietsch-Ex. Do not use oils or greases with molybdenum disulphide, Teflon, or silicone additives.

Unscrew all clamping screws evenly. Screw the clamping screws into the extraction threads of the internal ring and tighten them evenly until the external and internal rings are separated. Then remove the clamping set from the shaft and hub.
