Micrometer Adjustment Lever Arm for 802T Limit Switches
Catalog Number 802T-W6
ATTENTION: To avoid electrical shock and/or unintended
operation of equipment, disconnect all power to the limit
switch and the controlled equipment before proceeding with
any repair or adjustment of the limit switch.
ATTENTION: Do not overtighten the clamp screw. A maximum
torque of 2.82 N•m (25 lb•in) is recommended. A 5/32 in. Hex
key is used for both the clamp screw and the worm gear.
The micrometer adjustment lever arm (catalog number 802T-W6) is for use on
rotary-operated Bulletin 802T limit switches. This lever arm allows for precise
adjustment of the roller position with respect to the operating point of the switch.

Clamp Screw
The location of the lever on the switch shaft determines preliminary positioning.
To change the location:

Loosen the 3/8 in. nut.
Move the lever to any desired position through 360° around the shaft.
Securely retighten the nut.
Adjustment of the upper section of the lever accomplishes final positioning within
a 15° arc. To adjust the upper section:

Turn the worm gear to desired position.
Retighten the clamp screw.
