A service cart is required to remove the drive from the cabinet. Two carts are available.
• The PowerFlex 750-Series Roll-Out Cart, catalog number 20-750-CART1-F8 (depicted in this instruction).

• The PowerFlex 750-Series Service Cart, catalog number 20-750-MCART1 fitted with a Frames 8…10 Service Cart Conversion Kit.

panel and screws.

6 Loosen
to the busbars in the drive cabinet.
Slide the L-brackets to the left side of the
busbars and retorque the nuts.

7 Inside
carriage bolt assemblies into the busbar
channels.
IMPORTANT
Verify that the clamp fits squarely in the
busbar channel.

8 Insert the individual busbars as shown.
Install the support angle nuts by only a few threads.
Leave them loose.
Tighten these nuts to the finished torque in step 11.
The busbars can be arranged in any order to
accommodate the needs of your specific
installation.
