The clear lens cover slowly degrades; small stress marks appear. The edges that support IP67 requirements can crack and become cloudy. Remove the power connection. 2. Remove the tether. 3. Remove the cracked lens cover. 4. Replace the lens cover, noting proper alignment. 5. Hand tighten the cover screw to 0.32 N•m (2.8 lb•in). 6. Replace the tether. 7. Replace the power connection.
