The installation program usually installs them automatically. If not, connect the dash, select "Install from a list or specific location", choose "Search for the best driver", include the installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\AEM\DashDesign\CD-X_Drivers), and click Next.

If connecting to a non-AEM harness or a 2-wire AEMnet connector, use the included power harness. If connecting to an AEMnet connector with 4 wires populated, the power harness is not needed.

Open DashDesign software, connect the dash (green status bar), go to File>Upload to Display (or CTRL+U), monitor progress, and disconnect only after "Upload Complete" message appears.

Go to Setup>Shift Lights and LEDs. Use the Shift Light Wizard to set the start RPM and offset (total shift light RPM range divided by 7).

If using a logging dash, go to Setup>Logging. Choose channels, capture rate, and start/stop trigger method (single input, twin triggers, or always on).
