ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR JZ290 BLEACHER PLANK CAPS
1. Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage has occurred,
notify Kwik Goal immediately. Lay out all parts. Remove all cardboard and packaging immediately. Wet or
damp packaging may damage contents.

2. Read through entire instruction before beginning assembly and installation.

3. Install bleacher plank cap as shown to the
right. With the Kwik Goal logo oriented right
side up, ensure that the holes on each end of
the cap approximately line up with the holes
on the bleacher. If necessary, use a rubber
mallet to lightly seat the bleacher plank cap
into position.

4. Insert a plastic rivet into each of the holes.
Ensure that they are fully inserted. If necessary,
use a rubber mallet to lightly seat the plastic
rivets into position.

5. For replacing old aluminum caps continue to step 6.

6. The following steps are only for bleacher planks that do not already have holes for attaching the bleacher plank
end caps.
Tools Needed
Electric or Cordless
Drill with 3/16” Drill Bit
Rubber Mallet
7. If applicable, remove any existing bleacher plank caps.

8. Install bleacher plank cap as shown to the
right. With the Kwik Goal logo oriented right
side up, ensure that the cap is fully seated
onto the bleacher. A rubber mallet may be
used to lightly seat the bleacher plank cap
into position.

Drill 3/16” hole
9. Using the holes on each end of the bleacher
plank cap as a guide, drill a 3/16” hole into
both sides of the bleacher.

10. Once all holes have been drilled return to step 4 for plastic rivet installation instructions.
