das Fahrzeug sicher steht.
-Verbrennungsgefahr bei heissem Motor und Auspuff! Vor Beginn der Arbeit heiße Fahrzeugteile abkühlen
lassen.
-Kinder und Tiere aus dem Arbeitsbereich fernhalten.
-Schmuck (Uhr, Ringe, Ketten, etc) vor Arbeitsbeginn ablegen.Es besteht Unfallgefahr durch
Hängenbleiben oder elektrischen Kurzschluss.
-Die Montage und Funktion bezieht sich ausschliesslich auf Serienmotorräder.
-Wir übenehmen keine Gewährleistung für die Verwendung an Sonderumbauten und von
Sonderzubehörteilen.
-Nach Montage des Produkts durch eine Werkstatt, ist diese Anbauanleitung dem Kunden auszuhändigen.

Montagehinweise
-Alle Schrauben und Muttern werden mit Drehmoment nach DIN/ISO festgezogen. Abweichende
Drehmomente werden angegeben.
-Alle Schraubverbindungen sind mit einem geeigneten Schmiermittel einzusetzten, um ein Festfressen zu
verhindern.
-Arbeiten und Entlüftung am Bremssystems sind nur von fachkundigem Personal durchzuführen.
-Es ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass keine Züge, Kabel oder Leitungen (insbesondere Bremsleitungen)
andere Fahrzeugkomponenten berühren oder daran scheuern.
-Nach jeder Montage sind alle Schrauben auf festen Sitz und das vorgeschriebenes Drehmoment zu
überprüfen.
-Es ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass alle Teile immer einen Mindesabstand von 5mm zu beweglichen
Fahrzeugteilen haben.

-Remove all items of personal jewellry (rings, chains,wristwatch, etc.) before commencing work.

-All threaded connections must be greased with suitable grease. Please be careful with the tools
to avoid i.e. scratches.
-Mounting and bleeding at the brake system only by skilled personal.
-Take care that no wires and hoses (especially brake hoses) are too close or touching other components or
moving parts.
-After each mounting check all bolts for correct tightening and specified torque moment.
-Take care that any parts always have a minimum clearence of 5 mm to any moving parts.

-Original Rastenanlage, Schalthebel und
Schaltwelle demontieren(1).
-Original Kupplungsdeckel demontieren.
Hinweis:
-Motoröl muss nicht abgelassen werden!

-Remove OEM footrest system, gear lever and
gear shaft(1)

Special note:
-It is not necessary to remove motor oil.

-Adapter SPS13 (5 Markierungen) an oberer
Postion, und Adapter SPS 12 (4 Markierungen)
an unterer Position am Rahmen einschrauben.
Anzugsdrehmoment: 22 Nm
-Screw adapter SPS13 (5 markings) into upper
position and SPS 12 (4 markings) into lower
position on frame.
Tightening torque: 22 Nm

M8x25-7985 an SPS Adapter festschrauben.
Anzugsdrehmoment: 20 Nm

-Using two M8x25-7985 bolts fit GL-HD01 onto
SPS adapters.

-Kupplungsdeckel DE-HD01 mit original
Schrauben befestigen.
-Auf korrekten Sitz der original Dichtung und der
Druckfeder ist zu achten!
Anzugsdrehmoment: 8 Nm

-Fit clutch cover DE-HD01 with OEM bolts.
-Take care that the OEM gasket and clutch
spring are in the correct position.
Tightening torque: 8 Nm

-Schalthebel US-28 mit Schraube M8x25-7985
und ULS8,4 an Deckel festschrauben(5).

-Fit gear lever US-28 with bolt M8x25-7985 and
washer ULS8,4 onto clutch cover(5).

mit Schraube M6x35-7380, DS10-6-3, ULS6,4
und Mutter M6-985 an OEM Schaltarm
befestigen(6).
Anzugsdrehmoment: 10 Nm
-Kontermutter Gelenkkopf festziehen.

-Adjust gear lever height by turning uni-ball
bearing and install with bolt M6x35-7380, DS106-3, ULS6,4 and nut M6-985 onto OEM gear
arm(6).
Tightening torque: 10 Nm

und kontern.

Special note for GP-shifting:
-Fit additional gear shaft USW08 and uni-ball
bearing GAKFL6 (left hand thread) onto rear
positons from the shift lever(7).
-Install

-ggf. Riemendeckel zur Montage lösen.

-Using two M8x25-7985 bolts fit base plate GRHD01 onto SPS adapters.
Tightening torque: 20 Nm
-Bremszylinderadapter UAD03-23 an
Bremszylinder aufdrehen und auf Bremsbolzen
BR-03
aufschieben.

-Kolbenstange an Sechskant (Schlüsselweite
10mm) in UAD Adapter einschrauben, bis die
Gewinde zur Befestigung vom Bremszylinder,
Deckungsgleich mit den Bohrungen der
Aufnahme BU07 sind(12).
-Screw brake cylinder adapter UAD03-23 onto
master cylinder and slide it onto brake bolt BR03.
-Screw the brake cylinder piston rod (wrench size
10mm) into UAD adapter until the master cylinder
holes line up with the mounting holes in the BU07
bracket(12).
Hinweis:
-Die Befestigungsschrauben des
Bremszylinders müssen sich leicht und
gerade einsetzen lassen, die Kolbenstange
darf bei der Montage nicht gedrückt
werden(12)!

Special note:
When mounting the master cylinder it should
be possible to easily screw the bolts into the
master cylinder without the need to press the
master cylinder piston rod or force the bolts
in at an angle(12)!

Befestigungsschrauben eingesetzt werden!!!

-UAD03-23 Adapter mit Kontermutter sichern.
-Reservoir mit Schraube M6x30-7380 befestigen.

-Funktionsprüfung Bremse durchführen.
-Der Bremshebel muss am Trittstück einen
spürbares Spiel vor der Betätigung der
Kolbenstange aufweisen(15).
-Make a function check of the brake.
-There must be noticable freeplay/clearance
at the toe piece before the brake piston rod is
pressed(15).

Hinweis:
-Zur Bremshebelhöheneinstellung muss der
Bremszylinder demontiert sein(16)
sein(16).
-Die Bremshebelhöheneinstellung erfolgt durch
drehen des Excenters am Bremshebel im
vorgegebenen min. und max. Bereich(17+18).
-Der Excenter darf nicht über diesen Bereich
hinaus gedreht werden.
Special note:
To adjust the brake lever height the master
cylinder bolts must be removed(16).
-The brake lever height is adjusted by turning the
excentre between the min. and max. positions.
-Do not adjust the excentre beyond this
adjustment range (17+18).

Hinweis:
Bremshebelhöheneinstellung:
1. Bremszylinder demontieren.
2. Excenterschraube M5x25-912 am
Bremshebel und Kontermutter an Kolbenstange
lösen.
3. Hebelhöhe durch drehen des Excenters
einstellen.
4.Excenter mit Schraube M5x25-912 festziehen.
Anzugsdrehmoment: 5Nm
5.Mit Montage Bremszylinder wie in Schritt
11-15 fortfahren.
Special note:
Setting brake lever height:
1. Loosen brake piston lock-nut and remove
brake cylinder bolts.
2. Loosen excentre bolt M5x25-912
3. Adjust lever height to desired position by
turning the excentre.
4.Tighten excentre with M5x25-912 bolt.
Tightening torque: 5Nm
5.Install master cylinder as described in photos
11-15.
