EcoSmart® technology for reduced energy and water consumption. Includes
operational modes for steam, convection, and a combination of steam and
convection heat. Oven is to be constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel interior
cavity. Oven includes an attached retractable hand shower spray hose with
productsaffectedbyahighvelocityofairmovement.
