Frequently asked questions

The stream height is factory set at 35 PSI. If your supply pressure varies greatly from this, you can adjust the stream height by turning the adjustment screw on the regulator (Item 9). Turning it clockwise will raise the stream height, while turning it counter-clockwise will lower it. For best adjustment, the stream should hit the basin approximately 6 1/2" from the bubbler.

Ensure there are no obstructions within a 40 inch radius from the front of the fountain. Check wire connections at the solenoid valve and at the sensor. Make sure the unit is unplugged before checking any wiring. Ensure proper operation of the solenoid valve. If there is an audible clicking sound yet no water flows, look for an obstruction in the valve itself or elsewhere in the water supply line.

You can adjust the range of the sensor by following these steps: 1. Remove the bottom cover of the fountain. 2. Remove the sensor by removing washers and nuts that secure it on the studs. 3. Locate the range adjustment screw between the red lenses of the sensor. 4. Use a small tip screwdriver to rotate the range adjusting screw clockwise to increase the range or counter-clockwise to decrease the range. 1/4 turn of the screw is equal to approximately 12 - 18 inches of range. 5. Remount the sensor on the studs and replace the bottom cover.
