The purpose of this guide is to provide directions to callback to SMS messages for a variety of mobile phones manufactured by Motorola. When you callback to SMS messages sent via the TeleMessage service you will be able to listen to the message read aloud to you via our text-to-speech technology and will be able to record and send a reply to the sender of the message.

To call a number embedded in a text message that you receive, press “Menu” to open the text message. Use the up and down arrow keys to scroll to the “Call back” option and highlight. Press the Right Soft key to call the number back.

To call a phone number embedded in a text message that you receive, first press the menu key to open the text message menu. Then press the navigation key to scroll to “Call Back” option. Then highlight “Call the number” and press the Right Soft Key to call the number back.
