We ask that all deliveries to Kongsberg Maritime AS is marked with the following
requested procedures and examples.

The label should be clearly and visibly marked on each item. Without covering
any other information on the packaging.
Additional hardware marking on item itself is much appreciated on selected
articles.
Items are to be packed with markings upwards, for easy access of labels.
Serial no. needs barcode for scanning of type 128 Auto.
A serial no. list as a complementary to the packing list as a second possibility for
scanning.
Serial no. must be separate from other product info numbers on the label.
Label must contain a reference to KM purchase number and KM item number.
Option to include supplier’s sales order or item number on label.
