The recommended VGA cable distance is 5 meters maximum without ghosting and degradation. Normally, the cable length is based on the driver capacity of your VGA card. If you need a longer VGA cable, please use a VGA extender.

If you apply a PS/2 keyboard to the KVM-U202 and are unable to boot the PC due to a keyboard error (a keyboard error message is displayed on the screen), the PC BIOS (Basic Input Output System) needs to be set (see the hardware installation procedure) or upgraded to a new BIOS to support USB to PS/2 conversion. Most BIOS versions support USB to PS/2 keyboard conversion or USB keyboards during the PC boot process.
