A1: Correct, once a year. Q2: There are 52 bus shelters which need to be cleaned twice per year correct? A2: A2: Correct once a year. As noted in Lot 2 of the Itemized Bid List there are 2 cleanings. Q3: There are 5 double bus shelters that need to be cleaning twice per year correct? A3: Correct, twice a year, April and October. Q4: Can we set our own schedule or is it more on call when needed? A4: The University will set the schedule and will coordinate. We have to provide a communication plan for closures so we will reach out weeks prior to event. Work should not be done unless scheduled and approved by Transportation Services. Q5: In looking at the specifications for the pressure washing bid we noticed that the Stairwell Power Washing requires the recovery, removal and dumping of waste water. Is this procedure required for the Bus terminals as well? A5: No, that water does not need recovery. The awarded contractor(s) will need to ensure any chemical used can go down the storm drain. MDS sheets will need to be provided for any chemical used.
