Фотоэлементы Photo-R - устройство безопасности, состоящее из инфракрасного передатчика и приемника, которые устанавливаются в проем ворот. В случае пересечения инфракрасного луча в блок управления поступает сигнал о появлении препятствия в опасной зоне действия автоматической системы, и система вырабатывает реакцию, соответствующую установленной логике работы - остановка или реверс полотна ворот. Поворотная плата позволяет монтировать фотоэлемент на неровных поверхностях.

3. МоНТаж
Рекомендуется установка на высоте более 20 см, но более 2 м.
Поворотная плата фотоэлемента позволяет компенсировать неровности поверхностей, на которую он устанавливается. Фотоэлементы следует устанавливать вертикально и параллельно друг другу. Первым устанавливается и подключается приемник, после подключается излучатель. Перемещайте излучатель в области установки, пока фотоэлементы не станут параллельны друг другу. При этом погаснет лампа выключения приемника, затем закрепите излучатель. Установка завершена.
Внимание! Из-за особенностей распространения инфракрасного излучения возможна некорректная работа системы при малом расстоянии между излучателем и приемником. Расстояние между ними должно быть не менее 1 м. Если чувствительность приемника при малом расстоянии между излучателем и приемником недостаточна, снимите линзу приемника, чтобы увеличить его чувствительность.
4. ПодключеНие
Выберите необходимый режим работы фотоэлементов в отношении управляющих контактов: NO (нормально отрытые) или NC (нормально закрытые). В случае необходимости измените положение перемычки NC/NO.

Photoelectric detector Photo - R is a safety device, consisting of infrared transmitter and receiver, which are installed in a gate opening. If an infrared beam is interrupted, the control board receives the signal of an obstacle in a dangerous area of an automatic system operation, and a system reacts as it was preset by the operation logic - stop or reverse of gates.

3. InsTAllATIOn
Installation at height more than 20 sm, but more 2 m. Photo cells is recommended it is necessary to instal vertically and in a parallel way each other. The first instal and connects the receiver, after the TX is connected.
Move a TX in the field of installation while photo cells do not become parallel each other. The lamp of turn off of the receiver thus will go out, then fix a radiator. Installation is completed.
Attention! From for features of distribution of infra-red radiation incorrect system operation is possible at small distance between a transmitter and the receiver. The distance between them should be not less than 1 m. If sensitivity of the receiver at small distance between a transmitter and the receiver is insufficient, remove a receiver lens to increase its sensitivity.

Select a necessary operating mode of photo cells concerning controlling contacts: NO (it is normal opened) or NC (normally closed). If necessary change position of crosspiece NC/NO.
