Frequently asked questions

Use an XLR cable to connect the device to your DMX console. Make sure to assign a DMX address for each device using the DIP switch. Please refer to the chart on the last page of the user manual.

The X-Ray NEO has 6 modes of operation: DMX 512, Sound Active, Auto-beam, Auto-animation, Master/Slave, and PC control.

You can use a PC software such as Mini ILDA, Pangolin, Phenix, or Mamba to control the X-Ray NEO via the ILDA interface. The scan speed of software control must be less than 15000 PPS, otherwise, the patterns possible have distortion or the scanner is protected possibly by built-in circuitry.
