Introduction

HDMI to HDMI Splitter 1 input : 8 output is a High Performance HDMI

Distribution Amplifier.

It allows one HDMI source to output to 8 HDMI displays simultaneously.

Features

1. Solid and durable metal housing with all connections labeled and lined up on the back.

2. Built-in HDCP key-sets allows each output to work independently when connecting to a HDMI display.

3. Splits a HDMI source to 8 outputs, all at 1080p, without signal loss.

4. Supports DVI source and DVI display by using HDMI to/from DVI adapter cable.

5. Supports a wide range of PC and HDTV resolutions, from VGA to

UXGA and 480p to 1080p. Maximum resolution bandwidth-165MHz.

6. Can be cascaded to another HDMI to HDMI Splitter for more outputs.

7. Each of the buffered outputs can operate on a cable length of up to 15 meters @ 1600x1200, or 1080p.

8. Support multi-channel compressed & uncompressed HDMI audio.

9. Full HDCP compliant.

10.Enhance function for signal pre-emphasis.

11. Fast handshaking reduces pre-picture blackout time to 5 seconds.

Operating Functions and Controls

Front Panel

1. Power Switch: Press the switch to power on the unit.

2. Power LED Indicator: The LED will illuminate when the unit is operating.

3. Sync LED: The LED will illuminate when the HDMI source signal is connected to the input and is detected by the unit.

4. Signal Enhancement/Indicator: Press the "Enhance" button to turn on this feature to improve signal quality over long distance transmission.

Press again to turn off. The LED will illuminate when the signal is enhanced.

Output LEDs: When a display TV is connected to one of the output ports, its corresponding LED will illuminate.

Installation

1. HDMI input: Connect to the HDMI or DVI output of your source equipment such as DVD play or set-top-box.

2. HDMI output 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8: Connect each of these output ports to the

HDMI input of a HDMI display.

3. Power input: Plug the supplied 5VDC power supply into the unit.
