The Digora Optime Optime is a digital radiography system that allows you to acquire images of your patients' teeth. Frequently asked questions
The Digora Optime can be directly connected to a computer or connected to the network.
If the Optime is directly connected to the computer, you will need to have a second network card on the machine.
If the Optime will be connected through an IP address, you must have a static IP address.
To acquire images from the Digora Optime, you will need to open Advanced Imaging, click on New Exams and choose a Digora template.
Then click Acquire and the following Waiting for Exposure box will appear. Place the plate into the scanner and it should read the image. Repeat until all plates have been scanned. If you are scanning less images than positions in the template, click Abort to stop scanning after the last plate.
When using the Optime from multiple computers, you’ll see an icon in the system tray letting you know if the optime is being used by another pc or if it is available to you.
Double Click the Icon to reserve the scanner for your workstation
