The Superintendent of the School is appointed by the Governing Board of the
School.

EMPLOYMENT
RELATIONSHIP
The Board may employ the Superintendent at will or by contract.
Education Code 30.055 (b)
NAMES OF APPLICANTS
The name of an applicant for Superintendent is excepted from disclosure under
Chapter 552, Government Code.
EXCEPTION
The Board shall give public notice of the name or names of the finalists being
considered for Superintendent at least 21 days before the date of the meeting
at which a final action or vote is to be taken on the employment of the person.
