• Enter two or three words to describe your desired product and click the Search
icon.
• Click “Quickview” to see product summary
• Click the calculator icon to see your discount price
• Click the item name for full product details
• Click filter options to refine your search to more specific items
SHOP OUR PRODUCTS
• Hover over the “Shop Our Products” tab to see all of our item categories
• Hover over the category to see the sub-categories in each section
• Choose a sub-category to view the products
ORDER BY ITEM NUMBER
• Choose “Order By Item Number” to enter your item numbers and quantities

SHOPPING CART & CHECKOUT
Your Shopping Cart will show your items, your net-discount prices, and your Shipping
and Handling charges. You have the option to edit your cart, save your cart, or
“Proceed to Checkout”

The final “Review” page displays your, shipping, billing, and item information
and prices. Click “Submit” to place your order or send to your approver

Choose Click Here to send your cart’s information to your procurement
system
CART IMPORTS TO BUSINESS PLUS
All cart info including items, descriptions, UOM, net-price imports to Business
Plus in line-item-detail
ADD REQ CODES – SUBMIT REQ FOR
APPROVAL
BUSINESS PLUS APPROVAL INTO
PURCHASE ORDER
Your Business Plus requisition will follow the Business
Plus process of converting the requisition into a
purchase order. Once the purchase order is approved,
it will be sent electronically to School Specialty
