RESOLUTION NUMBER 65-92
WHEREAS, the protection of water quality and aquatic resources is of a primary importance
or the citizens of Mason County; AND
WHEREAS, Mason County has submitted a letter of interest to the Department of Natural
Resources (DNR) Aquatic Lands Enhancement Account Wetland Stewardship Program for the
purchase of wetlands on the north shoreline of North Bay, Mason County, Washington; AND
WHEREAS, DNR has accepted the letter of interest and extended the opportunity to Mason
ounty to submit formal application for review;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
the Mason County Board of Commissioners hereby approve the formal application to the
Department of Natural Resources Acquatic Lands Enhancement Account Wetland Stewardship
Progam.
