RESOLUTION NO. l07-04 2004BUDGET Budget Transfer- Notice of Hearing WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 2004, it is necessary to make provision for a budget transfer to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.1 00 due to the 2004 settlement of the deputy prosecutor wage contract, a non union salary survey, a Teamsters' audit of medical premiums, the increase in medical premiums for non union for the month of December 2004, the hiring of the new Human Resource Director, the legal costs of arbitration for sheriffs deputies wage and benefit contract, increased costs of L&I premiums for jurors and election workers, and increased cost of mandatory staffing for coroner's office. The Ending Fund Balance in the Current Expense Fund will fund this budget transfer. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board ofMason County Commissioners: That the 7th of December 2004 at the hour of9:30 AM in the Mason County Commissioners Chambers at Courthouse Building I, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of a budget transfer to the budget for the: Current Expense Ending Fund Balance in the estimated amount of ($1 02,980) Current Expense Fund Departments in the total estimated amount of $102,980 The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
