Section 7-424.1 COMAR required all school systems
to establish a policy prohibiting, bullying, harassment
or intimidation by July 1, 2009.
We are required to ensure that allegations are:
1. Reported
2. Investigated
3.Parents are notified
4.Follow up actions taken by Principals to ensure that
the bullying, harassment or intimidation has ceased.
Central Office must report to MSDE in December of
each year the number of bullying, harassment or
intimidation incidents reported and investigated
