Effective 12/01/2013 there will be changes to some procedure codes when billing
through Administrative Medical.
Procedure codes 80100 and 80101 will be closed to Admin benefit packages when
billing through Administrative Medical.
Effective 12/01/2013 the correct code to use for a drug screen will be G0431. This
code will also include methadone and ETG testing, when ordered. This applies only to
drug screens; methadone and ETG testing that are billed through Administrative
Effective 12/01/2013 the maximum units for code 80102 will increase to 8 units.
The above changes do not apply to Other Medical.
