Bedienungsanleitung für Elektroheizmatten

Stromanschluss: 230V / 50Hz

Stromverbrauch: Abzulesen auf jeder Heizmatte, bzw. ca. 1,7 Watt pro cm²

Montage- und Sicherheitshinweise

Die Heizmatten dürfen nur in Verbindung mit unseren Monoflo-Regler Nr. 50805 installiert werden.

Dabei sind die Vorschriften für den Einbau des Reglers zu beachten.

Die Heizmatten sind vor spitzen Gegenständen zu schützen, sie dürfen nicht gebogen, angebohrt oder durchbohrt werden. Sie müssen an den vorhandenen Ösen auf einem stabilen und ebenen

Untergrund sicher befestigt werden.

Bevor Sie die Heizung an die Stromverbindung anschließen, ist der Schutzschlauch vom Kabel, fachgerecht in Verbindung mit der Dichtung, auf dem Gewindefitting aufzuschrauben. Die Überwurfmutter darf nicht zu fest angezogen werden, damit die Dichtung nicht zerdrückt bzw. beschädigt wird. Bitte leicht mit dem Schraubenschlüssel anziehen!!! Danach ist das Schutzrohr an der

Wand oder Buchtenabtrennung, mit Schellen zu befestigen. Der Netzanschluss ist so zu installieren, dass er den Tieren nicht zugänglich ist.

Wenn die Heizmatte fest installiert ist, ist das obere Ende des Kabelschutzschlauchs gegen Feuchtigkeit dauerhaft abzudichten (Silikon oder ähnliche Materialien).

Die Elektroinstallation ist nach dem Schaltbild, welches sich auch im Regler befindet, vom Elektrofachmann auszuführen.

Vorsicht: Bei ungeregelten Heizmatten (ohne Regler) dürfen keine zusätzlichen Wärmequellen installiert werden.

Bei geregelten Heizplatten (mit unserem Regler Nr. 50805) dürfen zusätzliche Wärmequellen installiert werden, jedoch müssen an der Mutterplatte (mit Sensor) die gleichen Gegebenheiten herrschen wie an den Folgeplatten (ohne Sensor).

Die Heizplatten dürfen nicht mit Decken, Stroh oder ähnlichen Materialien abgedeckt werden!! Ein

Wärmestau muss vermieden werden!!!

Beschädigte Heizplatten und Elektrokabel dürfen nicht installiert werden. Reparaturen sind durch geeignetes Fachpersonal auszuführen.

Die Bedienungsanleitung muss von unseren Händlern in die landesübliche Sprache

übersetzt werden!

Montage- und Sicherheitshinweise

Der Regler ist auf einem festen und nicht brennbaren Untergrund zu befestigen. Die im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Zugentlastungsstopfen sind an dem Reglergehäuse zu befestigen. Je nach

Elektrokabelführung sind vorher die Löcher in das Gehäuse zu bohren!

Die Installation muss von einem Elektro-Fachmann laut beiliegendem Schaltplan vorgenommen werden! Maximale Anschlussleistung beachten!!!

Der Regler ist ab 25°C in Stufen von ca. 1,6°C einstellbar. Die Einstellung wird am Zeichen + vorgenommen. Beim Erreichen der 40°C wird bei nochmaligem Betätigen der + Taste wieder die

Nullstellung erreicht.

Beschädigte Regler dürfen nicht an das Stromnetz angeschlossen bzw. verwendet werden.

Die Bedienungsanleitung muss von unseren Händlern in die landesübliche Sprache

Installation:

The heat mats can only be used in combination with our Monoflo controller No. 50805.

The heat mats must be protected from sharp objects, they may not be bend or drilled. The must be securely fastened through the existing holes onto a stable and even surface.

Before you hook up the heat mat to the power, the stainless steel cable protection hose must be screwed onto the ½“ fitting on the heat mat. Please place the washer between hose nut and fitting.

This nut should not be fastened too tightly or it can damage the washer. Afterwards the cable protection pipe must be fixed against the wall or pen separation and then fastened using hose clamps.

Important is that the animals cannot reach the cable. Once installation is completed, the upper opening of the cable protection pipe must be permanently sealed against moisture using silicon or similar sealant.

The electric installation must be done as shown on the plan, which is found inside of the controller.

The hook-up must be done by an electrician.

Attention: When using heat mats without controller you may not install any additional sources of heat.

When using the heat mats in combination with our controller you may use additional heat sources.

Important though is that the same heat sources are used on the mother plate (the one with the sensor) as on the followings heat mats, which have no sensor.

The heat mats cannot be covered with blankets, straw or any other materials. A heat blockage must be avoided.

Damaged heat mats or cables cannot be installed. Any repair is to be done by a qualified electrician. These instructions must be translated by our dealers into their respective language.

Installation

The controller must be mounted on a solid and not flammable surface. The enclosed plugs that avoid the wires from being pulled out need to be fitted into the housing. The holes can be drilled into the housing accordingly.

The electric installation must be done as shown on the plan, which is found inside of the controller.

The hook-up must be done by an electrician.

The controller can be adjusted starting at 25°C in steps of 1.6°C by pushing the ‘+’ button. Once you reach 40°C you can push again to get back to Zero.

Damaged controllers may not be used. These instructions must be translated by our dealers into their respective language.
