Thank you for choosing Focal headphone. We are pleased
to share with you our philosophy : “the Spirit of Sound”.
We advise you to read this user’s manual and to keep it
carefully so that you can consult it later.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

5) If you hear ringing or experience pain or discomfort
in your ears during or after using any headpones audio
product, that is a sign you are listening too loud. When
your ears are exposed to high volumes (in excess of 85dB)
for over an hour, you may be permanently damaging your
hearing.
6) Turn down your listening device’s volume to zero before
you insert the headphones and turn on the device. Once
you have the headphones in, gradually
increase the volume to a comfortable, moderate volume.
7) NEVER operate a motor vehicle while listening to or
wearing your headphone. Not only dangerous, it is illegal
in many places.
8) NEVER operate heavy machinery while listening to or
wearing your headphones.
9) We don’t recommend you use the headphones while
riding a bicycle, running, or walking in heavy traffic areas.
If you do, listen at a lower volume so you can hear ambient
noise.
All of the functions of the remote control or some of them
are compatible with different models or brands of current
or coming mobile phones.
On some mobile phones, the cord is not compatible. It
results in a bad quality sound or no sound at all. In that
case, please use the removable cord without remote
control.

The remote is supported by iPod nano (4th generation and
later), iPod classic (120GB, 160GB), iPod touch (2nd generation and later), iPod shuffle (3rd generation and later),
iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, iPad and iPad 2.
Audio is supported by all iPod and iPad models.

All Focal loudspeakers are covered by guarantee drawn up
by the official Focal distributor in your country.
Your distributor can provide all details concerning the
conditions of guarantee. Guarantee cover extends at
least to that granted by the legal guarantee in force in the
country where the original purchase invoice was issued.
Your Focal product was developed and manufactured with high-quality materials and
components which can be recycled and/or
re-used. This symbol indicates that electrical and
electronic equipment must be disposed of separately from
normal garbage at the end of its operational lifetime.
Please dispose of this product by bringing it to your local
collection point or recycling centre for such equipment.
This will help to protect the environment in which we all
live.
