AC
Flow Error (FLO Err)
Pressing the START/
STOP key after the
alarm condition is identified will silence the
alarm and return pump
to hold mode.
Indicates the pump is operating on
electrical power. The pump should be
left plugged into an AC outlet whenever practical. No audible alarm will
sound.
Under these conditions the pump stops, an alarm sounds and is displayed as
‘FLO Err’. One of the following conditions may apply:
Corrective Action
Possible Condition

Running/Stopped
Indicates the status of the pump.
Low Battery (LOW BAT)
This is activated when the battery is
run down. After 15 minutes, this light
will flash, an audible alarm will sound
and the pump will stop. Whenever the
LOW BAT light is on, the pump should
be plugged into an AC outlet, and
normal feeding may continue. To avoid
degrading battery life it is important
not to run down the battery. The battery recharges anytime the pump is
connected to an AC outlet, regardless
of whether the pump is running.
No Set (no SEt)
Hold error (hoLd Err)
If the door is not closed and latched
securely, no set is loaded on the
pump, or a proper COMPAT
SelectFlo® set is not used, the alarm
message ‘no SEt’ will be displayed.
Correct by loading an appropriate
COMPAT SelectFlo delivery set,
close and latch the door, and press
START/STOP.
If pump is left on hold and START/
STOP is not pressed within 2 1/2
minutes, this alarm will be activated
and ‘hoLd Err’ will be displayed.
Press START/STOP button twice to
extend the hold for another 2 1/2
minutes; or press once to restart the
feeding pump.
