We thank you for having selected an Arzum brand meat grinder. We
wish this product to make life easier for you, as with other Arzum
products offered to you.
In order to obtain utmost output from your appliance, please read
carefully this user’s manual and save it for further use.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the Arzum MULTI MEAT
Grinder corresponds with the mains voltage in your home. Our company
shall not be held liable for any failures owing to any discrepancy and
such failures shall not be covered by the guarantee.
• Your device is for household use only. It should not be used for
commercial or industrial purposes. Such failures shall not be covered by
the guarantee.
• To prevent harming your appliance do not use extension cords that
supply insufficient current.
•This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children
without supervision.

CAUTION: ALWAYS turn the operation button to “Off” position and
unplug your appliance from outlet when not in use, before putting in
or taking out attachments, or before caring and cleaning. Do not touch
moving parts of your appliance when it is in use.
• Avoid actions that may harm or damage the cord or plug of your
appliance. Do not carry your appliance by holding from the cord. To
unplug, hold the plug and DO NOT pull by the cord. Ensure that the
cable does not hang over from the table or workbench sides or does not
contact any other appliance and hot surfaces.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord, plug or accessories,
or after it has been dropped down or malfunctions in any manner. In
such case, take it to the nearest Arzum Authorized Service for any
necessary examinations and repair. The plug and cord must be replaced
by the authorized service.
• NEVER immerse the main body into water or other liquids, wipe the
outside with a slightly damp cloth for cleaning.
• NEVER use any parts on your appliance, which parts not produced or
recommended by the manufacturer firm, since they may result in, fire,
electrical shock or injury.
• Operate your appliance on a flat surface.
• Make sure that the attachments are securely put in their places before
operating your appliance and do not operate when it is empty as without
attachments and food.
• Be certain that mince bowl is securely locked in place before operating
your appliance. It may not operate unless the bowl is properly locked in
its place.
• Do not touch the moving parts when the appliance is working.
• NEVER use your finger, fork, spoon or knife to push the food into the
canal. Use ONLY the pusher for this purpose.
• Wait until moving parts have stopped running before you remove the
parts of the appliance.
• Do not attempt to grind bones, nuts or other hard items.
• Use your appliance as it is recommended.
• Accessories, other than those supplied with the appliance, include
instructions for their safe use.
• Be careful hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender ad it
can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming

NOTE: For your personal safety reasons, your meat grinder may not
operate unless the mince bowl is properly locked in its place.
CAUTION: THE APPLIANCE HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR SHORT-TERM
OPERATION ONLY. SWITCH IT OFF AFTERWARDS AND ALLOW THE
MOTOR TO COOL DOWN BEFORE SWITCHING ON AGAIN.

SUGGESTIONS OF USE
• Before using your appliance read “Cleaning
and Care” part and wash the accessories of
your appliance which can be washed carefully
with water and soap. NEVER immerse the
main body into water or other liquids, wipe the
outside with a slightly damp cloth for cleaning.
• Make sure that your appliance is not plugged
in while putting the accessories.
• Place your appliance on a flat surface and face the motor part towards
you.
MINCE MAKING
• Insert the mixing rod starting from the plastic
gear into the mince bowl and place the blade
on the other end of the mixing rod.
• Place the grinding disk (fine or coarse) onto
the mixing rod.
ATTENTION: Make sure the notches of the grinding disk fit onto the
projections of the mince bowl.

• Turn the screw ring on the mince bowl until it
is properly fastened.
• Hold the mince bowl upright position and
insert it into the inlet, then move the button
clockwise so that the button being fastened
tightly.
• Place the tray on the upper mouth of the
mince bowl.
• Cut the meat into 10 cm long, 2 cm thick
strips. Remove bones, pieces, of gristle and
sinews as much as possible. Never use frozen
meat.
• Place another tray under the mince bowl and
turn it on.
• Push the meat pieces into the mince bowl
with meat pusher.
CAUTION: Never push them with your fingers
or any other tool.
SAUSAGE MAKING
• Insert the mixing rod starting from the plastic gear into the mince bowl
and place the seperator on the other end
of the mixing rod.
ATTENTION: Make sure the notches of
the seperator fit onto the projections of
the mince bowl.
• Place the sausage apparatus onto the
mixing rod.
• Turn the screw ring on the mince bowl
until it is properly fastened.
• Hold the mince bowl upright position and insert it into the inlet, then
move the button
clockwise so that
the button being
fastened tightly.
• Place the tray on
the upper mouth of
the mince bowl.

• Put a small clean intestine onto the sausage
apparatus and turn it on.
• Put the minced meat into the mince bowl and
push it into the mince bowl with meat pusher.
• The mixture enters in the intestine. When the
sausage reaches the appropriate length, tie it
at any point you want.
NOTE: In order to soften the intestine, put it in warm water for 10
minutes before you use it. After that the intestine will slide onto the
sausage apparatus easiliy. If the intestine gets stuck onto the sausage
apparatus, wet it with some water.
MAKING KEBBE
• Insert the mixing rod starting from the plastic gear into the mince bowl
and place the former
on the other end of
the mixing rod.
ATTENTION: Make
sure the notches of
the former fit onto
the projections of the
mince bowl.
• Place the cone onto the mixing rod.
• Turn the screw ring
on the mince bowl
until it is properly
fastened.
• Hold the mince bowl
upright position and
insert it into the inlet,
then move the button clockwise so that the
button being fastened tightly.
• Place the tray on the upper mouth of the
mince bowl and turn it on.
• Put the prepared kebbe mixture into the
mince bowl and push it into the mince bowl
with meat pusher.
• Cut the outer layer of kebbe into the desired lengths.

KEBBE RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:

· 400 gr lean meat
· 500 gram lean meat
· 2 onion
· 500 gr washed and drained
bulgur wheat
· 1 bunch of parsley
· Walnut
· 5-10 ml / 1-2 tsp allspice
· Salt, pepper
· 15 ml / 2 tbs plain flour
· 1 small onion
· 1 tbs pepper sauce
· Salt, pepper
PREPERATION:
Mince 500 gr lean meat with fine grinding disk. Fry 2 finely chopped
onions until golden brown. Add the remaining ingredients and cook some
more. After they are cooked, add chopped walnuts and allow to cool. For
the outside casing, mince 500gr lean meat with fine grinding disk. Mix
bulgur wheat, chopped onion and other ingredients with minced meat
and mince them all with fine grinding disk. If needed pass them through
the mincer a second and a third time. Then, pass the mixture for outer
casing from the grinder. Cut into approximately 7-8 cm lengths and
pinch one end of the tube together. Put 1 spoon of the mixture prepared
before for inside and pinch the other end. While pinching, wet your
hands a little bit in order to pinch them easily without making it thicker.
You can whether deeply fries it or boil it in water.
IN CASE OF CONGESTION
• Press off button and turn off the appliance.
• Press Stop/REV
button in order to
take out the foods.
Few minutes later
leave the button.
• Press on button
again to continue
mincing.
CAUTION: WAIT YOUR APPLIANCE TO STOP COMPLETELY BEFORE
OPERATING OR ACTIVATING THE REVERSE COMMAND.

CLEANING AND CARE
• After finishing your work, press Off button
and turns off your appliance, then remove the
plug from wall socket.
• Remove the tray and press the mince bowl
release button and then bend the entire unit to
right direction.
• Unscrew the screw ring and remove all parts of the mince bowl.
• Wash all parts that have come into contact with meat in hot soapy
water. Clean them immediately after use.
CAUTION: DO NOT CLEAN THE PARTS IN THE DISHWASHER!
• We advise you to lubricate the grinding discs and blade with vegetable
oil. Oil them after each cleaning.
• Do not let water to enter in the main body. Wipe with a slightly damp
cloth only.
