BÜCHI K 435 Digestion Unit Operation Manual
The BÜCHI K-435 Digestion Unit is designed for digestions using boiling concentrated sulfuric acid within a temperature range of up to approximately 370° C. It uses heating elements to heat digestion glasses, which hold samples and reagents. The unit also features a suction module to exhaust digestion gases, which can be connected to a Scrubber B-414 or a water jet pump for safe operation. The K-435 can be used for various laboratory applications, including determining protein content and analyzing environmental samples.
